MARKED BY THE SILENCED WOLF

MARKED BY THE SILENCED WOLF

This was the dark it had been born to inhabit. “They are here,” I said, the words falling flat in the air, carried away by a wind that didn’t exist in the physical world. On the horizon, I saw them. The first of the jade ships. They were beautiful in a way that made my skin crawl with an instinctive, territorial threat. Their sails were glowing with a pale, emerald light that cut through the Void-haze, and their hulls were carved from single, massive pieces of enchanted stone. They were silent, gliding through the heavy water like sharks in a dream, their presence a calculated insult to the sovereignty of the North. I could see the siphons on their decks, gleaming golden instruments design

The First Heir

The First Heir

At this time, Connor Clarke and the rest were also released from the car. Standing on the coastline and looking at the huge golden cruise ship as well as the eight battleships in front of them, they suddenly felt a wave of chills. That was because the battleships were only eight of the thirty scattered over the waters of Arcadia Island. They each held extremely strong combat power!

love this book...the way the writer builds up the characters most especially the ML..but i was wondering why would the ML have to endure such humiliations from his inlaws when he could just show them his real 'him' as well and the enormous power that he holds considering the status of his family...w

The Empire of Thetia

The Empire of Thetia

Carpenters, blacksmiths and other craftsmen were busy renovating damaged ships and preparing them for the next voyages. In the distance, the ships of pirates and privateers could be seen, which were often mistaken for merchant ships. The watchtowers were always vigilant to prevent possible attacks. The port was a fascinating and lively place, full of adventure and danger. Sailors and merchants came from all over the world to trade, exchange stories and anecdotes and perhaps even find their fortune. I watched in awe as the ships danced to the rhythm of the waves. Memories began to stir in my mind and I was filled with nostalgia. I had fled the capital, my family, my friends, after my sister h

“And it will be named anew.” In the morning, on the horizon they spotted another fleet of ships, the style of which were vastly different than any ship they had previously encountered, the arrangement of sails beautiful, elaborate, and multi-tiered. The ships did not heed them, continuing in the opposite direction, following the dark shadow of the land away.

That’s the end of the 4th book in the series. Can’t wait for the next book “the rebels”. This has been a fantastic series & though the book spends a lot of time going back & forth into the past & present it allows for those who have not read the whole series so far to keep up. Well done Everleigh xx

No update yesterday-everything seems centered in the past. Aislan is pregnant she has 4 men that are too busy with each other to realize she’s gone and they should be raining hell on the trash that tortured them but she never shouldn’t been involved but all too concerned with sex with each other!

The Pack's Vampire

The Pack's Vampire

The largest force remained on the beach to guard the ships and the treasures and, most importantly the slaves that were their only food source, and a second company was walking the route about a day’s journey behind the mounted team. Never had the humans attacked from the coast. The oceans around Concordia were riddled with rocky reefs and there existed only a few points that could be navigated with a deeper keel, which was why the majority of the vampire ships were shallower, lighter craft. The few channels between the reefs were closely guarded vampire secrets.

This series is epic, a real nail biter! Yes, it is dark and touches on many uncomfortable issues, but there is redemption and forgiveness and healing. It shows that people can overcome their past and true change is possible with love and communication. I love the characters, especially the vampire.
Fox 2005
very dense story. highly recommended to start with book one, else you are missing too many information needed to understand the different timelines and points if view. yet these arches are more than necessary for the density. showing perspectives, helping the reader to understand the characters...

Sold as the Alpha King's Breeder

"You're joking, right?" Dad blinked, his eyes narrowing. "Is there something funny about this?" "No, no I just… you've heard the stories…" "Fantasy," he said, rolling his pen over his fingers. "The ships we have now are much faster, safer, very different from the wooden ships still used around Avondale and Breles. Plus, if we are successful, we can convince the Alpha of Breles to contribute to—"

I love this story. I like being able to see things unfold between people who are trying to ignore the way the feel and things they want. Can't wait to read more and see how things play out between Ethan, Rosalie and Madelynn. I just hope Madelynn doesn't do something stupid again. Fingers crossed
Fox 2005
dark in the beginning, a world of old-fashioned or rather cruel traditions. focusing less on the werewolf side, but on the efforts the characters live through, to come into and crate a brighter future for their children. each book following one generation in a very catching created world. RECOMMEND.

Captured by Satan

Captured by Satan

Perched upon a mountain, we gazed down at the grand ocean. Beneath us, there were hundreds of ships. Enormous wooden ships with colourful sails, all poised to venture deeper into the unknown. The atmosphere changed from tense to anticipation and a tinge of fear. This was a serious matter. "How are we going to get down?" I asked with a frown. Before anyone could respond, Adrian, Lucifer, and Belgephor leaped from the ledge.

90 Days With The Wicked CEO

90 Days With The Wicked CEO

"Expedition?" Honestly, she can't remember what that word means but her idea, it's something that has to do with adventure. She's weak in history and she’s also not a bookworm becauses he’s more of a trip to do the things her body will enable than her brain. It had been a few minutes, and she still hadn’t answered the question. "Expedition, the call to the long voyage of a group of people whose purpose was to expand their territory. Magellan had five ships while conducting their expedition. It was named Victoria, Natividad, San Antonio, Santiago and Concepcion."

The Princess And The Demon

The Princess And The Demon

Henry took a deep breath, filling his lungs with the refreshing air of the sea, but instead of loosening the knot that formed in his abdomen, the freshness only made it tighter, mostly because he knew what was waiting for them in those open waters. His ship was on the very vanguard of the armada, followed by the five hundred ships filled with the combined armies, each ship having the same number of human soldiers, shadow demons, and ice demons in order to create a balance that would help them when it is time to face the rumored sea monsters.

A Mythical World

A Mythical World

They close their eyes to the onion. The port was as crowded as Davos had ever known it. Every dock teemed with sailors loading provisions, and every inn was packed with soldiers dicing or drinking or looking for a whore . . . a vain search, since Stannis permitted none on his island. Ships lined the strand; war galleys and fishing vessels, stout carracks and fat-bottomed cogs. The best berths had been taken by the largest vessels: Stannis's flagship Fury rocking between Lord Steffon and Stag of the Sea, Lord Velaryon's silver-hulled Pride of Driftmark and her three sisters, Lord Celtigar's ornate Red Claw, the ponderous Swordfish with her long iron prow. Out to sea at anchor rode Salladhor S
