Mel remained still as a statue, a sweet aftertaste of the drink lingering in her mouth, along with a tingling sensation on her tongue and across her lips. Contrary to her expectations, the old man and young girl seemed unfazed by what had just transpired between them, and the old man announced in a low voice, “The earth now accepts you as one.” There was a monstrous cheer from behind the curtains, along with the heightened rise of music, and Mel jumped out of her skin, darting out of her trance. The old man eyed Mel, a pleasant look in his eyes, “Welcome to Grime, Mel Beowulf.”

Like we’ve done for years. "So what's with you and Aidan?" Jared asks between mouthfuls of chocolate mint ice cream. "What do you mean?" I reply after taking a long licked from my vanilla soft serve. "Well yesterday he came to ask me about your book. And it was weird because it was the 3rd one in the series. He didn't even know it was yours or your name. He just wanted a background check on it so I told him it was yours. He then Alpha commanded me to tell him everything about you. He said it was a clue. What's going on there?"

Where does our soul go to? This particular book was quite self explanatory and it was more detailed than the first. I started flipping through the pages. It said that when we die our soul goes to a play where the Greeks describe as the Afterlife. According to the book,it is a place that you won't stay in for long. Your soul just goes there to stay for a while.
