My fingers clutched against one another as I stare long and hard at the ceiling. Drogo's story consume me. It took so long before sleep finally came, and when it did. I fell into someone's memory. Jethro's POV I watched Sara listen, her reaction so evident on her face. "A witch and werewolves all under the same roof? You can't be serious, right?" she asked, one brow raised. Elias smiled and nodded. "Akira is one of a kind. She has always been into supernatural beings and has the special gift of helping them. She has been working with Emma, who is a hybrid just like you, Sara-part magical, part werewolf."

"Akira, a ruthless and cunning wolf. She'll stop at nothing to get what she wants." Athena's eyes widened as the name Akira sparked a memory. "Akira...I remember her," Athena said, her voice laced with a mix of surprise and wariness. "She was our first choice as a mate for Jasper, but she turned out to be a traitor." Sheila's eyes filled with concern. "What do you mean?" Athena's expression darkened. "Akira teamed up with Brody, Jasper's own Beta, to attack our pack. They sought to overthrow Jasper and take control for themselves."

“Something forbidden, and oh-so-hot and sexy at the same time.” Jane looked flustered at the explanation, while Sakura smiled with amusement. When she saw that Jane still couldn’t decide whether this was okay or not, Sakura said, “Jane, those things are only fictional.” Akira leaned closer to Jane and teased. “If you want to know more, just ask. I’m only too happy to help you learn about that beautiful, exotic world.” Jane shook her head. “I…I don’t… Not really… I don’t know.” Akira was amused by Jane’s reaction and couldn’t help but chuckle.

I tucked her well under the blanket and we took a seat beside her. "How are we gonna do this?" I said under my breath as I glanced at Akira. Are we gonna read it together? "What story do you wanna hear?" Akira asked. "I have 'The vampire and the wolf princess'." "And I have 'Sleeping Luna'." I said and she hummed thoughtfully. "I want the vampire and wolf princess!" She beamed and I smiled. Just as I expected. "I see. Then I will read it to you." Akira said as he adjusted in his seat. He cleared his throat and opened the book.

Amira whispered. “He doesn’t know??” Keon asked Amira felt uncomfortable at the sudden turn of there conversation. “Well this story is long” Amira said”I’d love to here it, that’s if you don’t mind sharing” Keon added “I will tell you all you need to know a... argh arghhh” she screamed Keon tensed he tried to assist her but she stood rooted to a spot crying out in pain. It seemed like every part of her body hurt, because anywhere he touched caused her pain

Akira moves her head slightly in his direction and looks at him out of the corner of her eye. Remus approaches her cautiously until he places his snout on her neck and starts rubbing her deliberately to indicate that everything will be fine. Akira relaxes instantly, and they both stay very close for a long time, exchanging purrs and rubs, looking directly into each other's eyes. There is no doubt that Remus loves Akira as much as Ragnar loves Katrina. It is a unique, strong, indescribable love.

Peace never seems to come to them. There was no end to their cruel fate. But Akira was not about to lose to fate after defeating a centuries-old plague. Her explosive power knocks everyone back, flying, but the brunt force of her power was focused on Deo’s wolf, who was slammed to the ground like a pesky rat caught with its tail. Fenrir falls to his knees on the ground and clutches his bleeding abdomen. Akira was torn on what to do first. She kneels in front of Fenrir and caresses his cheeks. With a shaking voice, she whispers, “I can lose everything, everything but you. Oh, Gods… Not you…”

I couldn’t tell him what was happening, he wouldn’t understand. Later, after a quick shower, I was drying off when Akira barged into my room With tears in her eyes. My gaze locked onto Akira. A hint of warmth softened my expression. "Akira, what brings you here?" She drifted closer, her hips swaying. "I'm concerned about Kaida. She's been... problematic." My brow furrowed. "What do you mean?" Akira's voice dripped with malice. "She's been challenging the authority, questioning your decisions. I fear she's becoming a threat to pack stability."

Why does my wolf call me that?” “I need to know,” I urged him, voice breaking. “Please.” Kael looked down, clenched his jaw. When he finally spoke, it was low and cold. “If you keep digging, you’ll find things you can’t unsee. You think slave traders are the worst thing in these woods?”
