The Awakening-My Future Alpha

The Awakening-My Future Alpha

Chapter 38 Alex's POV In the realm between dreams and reality, Alex slowly emerged from the depths of unconsciousness. The gradual return of sensation began with a tingling awareness in his fingers, like tendrils of life creeping up his limbs. A dull ache resonated through his head, as if his mind were struggling to break free from the shackles of slumber. As he fought against the weight of darkness, the world around him remained shrouded in obscurity. His breath came out in short pants, anything more would make one of his broken ribs puncture his lungs. Turning into a wolf was sheer agony for him, but it didn't hold a candle to the unearthly pain he was feeling on every part of his body.

The Awakening

The Awakening

Tin garbage cans are thrown around and the truck screeches into her gravel drive before it turns around and putters away. She's allowed a few blissful moments of silence before her alarm clock clicks on, blaring the news: "It's a gorgeous, brisk December morning in Angelica, the temperature at an all-time low like the county hasn't ever seen. Makes me wonder, Diane, if this is all going to catch up to us at some point." Sera sighs loudly, rolling onto her back to face the blank ceiling. "I sense a monster storm coming on. These quiet days are leading up to something, I can feel it."

My Alpha (Book One)

My Alpha (Book One)

She knew I never wanted to be Alpha and was quite happy being the pack doctor, maybe she was trying to plan ahead but everything went wrong when Kiwi killed our father. It saddened me to think she had kept Kiwi a secret for so long. Not just her but father too. If mother knew she existed, did father? He had worked so hard on trying to teach me how to be an Alpha. Alexander and Kayla’s arguing break my thoughts, they had moved back down the corridor again and all I could hear was Kayla shrieking about how they were mated by the Moon Goddess and how he should love her. Rolling my eyes, I make a point of slamming the door shut, I wanted to read more of the book. Flipping the page to the one Kay

Awake to Deception

Awake to Deception

His hand brushed against me, but I gently moved it away. "You're tired. Just sleep," I muttered. ... I woke up early the next morning, picking out a casual T-shirt, a denim skirt, and white sneakers. I tied my hair into a bun and did my makeup. In the mirror, I looked like an energetic young girl with fair skin, a slender figure, and bright eyes. Derrick, on the other hand, was still recovering from a hangover. His eyes were bloodshot, with dark circles underneath. Luckily, his features were decent, and he wasn't that old. Once he put on the white T-shirt, knee-length denim shorts, and white sneakers I'd prepared for him, he looked livelier.

Without time-wasting, I walked over to the bed and climbed in and wrapped my arms around our mate. **Alana's POV** I woke up the next morning feeling so light and comfortable. My Awakening — The Alpha’s Regret and Pain

My Awakening — The Alpha’s Regret and Pain

I used my first paycheck to buy Alex a permanent, peaceful grave. I soon had a little house of my own. Small, but the windows faced sunrise. I didn’t have to wait for anyone or guess at anyone’s heart. The hurt wasn’t gone. On full-moon nights, the knot of Leo and Finn still pulsed. Life wasn’t as comfortable as before. But I knew I was on my path, step by step, leaving behind the cell called “Blackwood Luna.” I was no one’s stand-in, no one’s mother, no one’s possession. I was just Elara, learning to live for myself.

The Alpha's Omega Slave

Aluma muttered and cried. Then, she was pushed inside the dungeon and the cell was locked shut. Leaving only her in such dark place, to talk to the moon goddess what had happened... She looked at her still stained hand and looked away in disgust. "What had happened? I didn't possibly kill the Alpha..I'm just an omega, no way I can kill a man as great as an Alpha himself. Or did I?" ~~~ The sound of the cell opening woke Aluma up, she had fallen asleep on the floor and she hasn't realized how cold she's feeling until she opened her eyes.

Wolfblood

Wolfblood

Blake looked at me, his eyes appearing haunted. “Hey, are we making plans to go get Jasmine back yet?” Jasmine’s cousin, whom I recognized from earlier when we’d taken family portraits, walked into the room. “Because I can get a flight chartered from Alaska and have a good number of my warriors here in less than twelve hours.” “Thanks, Alpha Tyce.” Blake shook his hand. “Hey, I didn’t get a chance to introduce myself earlier. I’m Alpha Alex Adalwolf from Pine Forest Pack.” I put my hand out to him, eager to make relationships with other alphas.

this is the second book that I have read from this author. the first book was amazing. the second book is just as amazing. the author develops your characters in depth. also unlike some of the books on this app she edits very very well. I would recommend reading anything this authorized writes.

This book is already so much better than the first. I'm hoping that Jasmine doesn't remain a doormat with Lucy and she gets her comeuppance. I also hope Luke regrets his decision and becomes jealous. Jasmine deserves better than those 2. love Blake! Talia and Alex story definitely intriguing.

The Lycans Twins Hidden Mate

The Lycans Twins Hidden Mate

The green fire died. I collapsed into Kaden’s arms, gasping for air. Across the room, Kael fell away from the Ledger, his hand a charred mess, but he was smiling. The book sat open, its pages now white and blank, waiting for a new story. Kaden held me tight, his hand resting tentatively over my stomach. "They're gone, Alina. You did it." "We did it," I whispered, looking up at the morning star through the broken ceiling. "But the world is waking up. And it's going to be very, very loud."
