Beatrice Beecham's Cryptic Crypt

Beatrice Beecham's Cryptic Crypt

*** The Albatross was tousled upon the raging ocean, its prow lifting high into the air and then slamming down into the water, a fan of spray rising before being whipped away by the gale. In the wheel house, Beatrice watched as Colin Cresswell fought with the helm, his eyes never once leaving the writhing water ahead. They had found him at the docks, sitting on his boat fixing his nets even as the rain lashed down on him, his yellow rubber trench coat making him appear like a big, animated banana. Much to Beatrice’s relief, Colin didn’t need much persuasion once he’d heard their swiftly told tale. Nor did he need proof. He’d already heard strange stories of screaming, and exploding CD player

Billionaire Coddle His Wife

Billionaire Coddle His Wife

These dishes were all specialties of this restaurant, and besides the owner, who was him, only VIP guests had the opportunity to taste them. "No problem," Fiona Forger shook her head. He was the owner, and if he liked it, it was fine. "Damian, this is a special dish I asked the chef to prepare for you. Fresh lobsters, tuna, and abalone. Try them." Edward enthusiastically introduced, "I don't need to tell you the benefits of fresh abalone, right?" "Edward, you are a picky eater!" These were all seafood caught from the ocean. How rare and precious!

It amazed me how someone as quiet and introverted as him could be so popular. At the moment, they were engrossed in a lively game of cards, shouting and making hand signals. Hayden's aunt, whom I recently learned was named Jada, approached me and handed me a bowl of what appeared to be soup. "It's Fish Broth," Zeek, who was standing next to me, informed. I nodded, peering into the bowl. "Look," Kai said, taking my spoon and stirring the contents. "It has yam, potatoes, macaroni, fish, ochroes, and eddoes." He explained, and I pursed my lips.

The CEO’s Ex Wife Returns With A Baby

Stella glanced at the fish soup in the insulated pail before inadvertently peering out the window. Despite the strong storm, she became much more composed. Few would combine the houttuynia cordata with fish broth. This kind of herb was something Alisa had been using in her fish soup ever since she returned from Anqiao Street.

Why the Crocodile Tears?

Why the Crocodile Tears?

In a month, she'd be leaving the Sinclair family for good. "Here, try my creamy white fish chowder!" Brisa suddenly said. Then, she clapped her hands, signaling a maid to bring over the dish. The rich, savory aroma filled the air immediately. The soup was a velvety blend of flaky white fish and tender potatoes, with hints of leeks and garlic, simmered to perfection in a creamy broth. Crisp pancetta added a subtle smokiness, while earthy mushrooms balanced the flavors. It was garnished with fresh chives.

The Bad Boy Next Room

The Bad Boy Next Room

When Freya, Riley, and Adrian made their way to the dining table, they were stunned to see five soup variations! Kenneth named each one. “This is a cough suppressant stew, made with garlic, heavy with honey broth and chicken,” he said, referring to the first bowl. “The other one is bone broth with ginger, turmeric, kale, and lemon. It’s an immune system shotgun.” “We also have a ‘Throat Recovery Brew,’ a ‘Mood Booster Soup,’ and a soy-based, protein-rich, sweet enough to trick your brain into releasing dopamine,” he explained. “And over here, we have steamed silken tofu with soy-ginger sauce,” Kenneth said, pointing to the last plate.

Sold to the Disfigured Billionaire

Sold to the Disfigured Billionaire

It smelled amazing—savory and rich. She placed it in front of him. Sebastian glanced at it for one second. "Greasy. I won't eat it." [Attempt #2] Harper didn't argue. She went back and steamed a fresh Sea Bass. No oil, just pure protein. Sebastian frowned. "I don't eat fish with bones." [Attempt #3] Harper took a deep breath. She deboned the fish and made a delicate Fish Ball Soup. Light, healthy, easy to digest. Sebastian took a sip of water. "Too bland. No appetite."

HIS REGRET (Ex-Husband wants Me Back)

HIS REGRET (Ex-Husband wants Me Back)

A gentle warmth rose into the air as the aromas spread between them. In front of Althea, the waiter placed a bowl of soupe de légumes—a traditional French vegetable soup with a clear, fragrant broth. Small pieces of carrot, baby potatoes, celery, and leeks floated softly inside, simmered slowly until their natural flavors blended into something comforting and delicate. “This soup is made without cream, ma’am,” the waiter explained politely. “It’s lighter and better suited for you.” Althea nodded in gratitude.

Hi author can we shift the tone a bit, I feel like it’s getting repetitive I don’t think it’s necessary to keep bringing up about David, Natalie and Eli relationship and how it’s weird every chapter. It feels like I’m reading the same thing over and over again just worded differently.

The story is really good but I’m still in chapter 410. So not sure how much will happen in the next 600(and counting) chapters. I hope it’s not prolonged too much unnecessarily. I felt a bit cringe with the plot holes like the change in the name of Chase’s dad, or Daven saying Josh was 5 🥲

MATE TO THE ALPHA PREDATOR

MATE TO THE ALPHA PREDATOR

"So, what do you think about Ayeia soup?" Alphose asked with a smile on his face. "I didn't expect to like it so much," Sandra admitted, unconsciously sucking her tongue to get the last taste of that soup. "I told you, you would." The cougar Alpha said smugly. "You did." She linked her fingers to his. He smiled and held her hand firmly. They were walking out of a popular food house in the Cougar Clan which sells the best Ayeia soup, which is the most popular but expensive soup in Naturiah.

As this author’s first book, there are aspects that are dark but apart from that I greatly enjoy both books. Great writing. Hard to put down! Highly recommended reading. Thank you for another book that sucks you right in.

This is the third book I’ve read in your collection, & I love every bit of it! Such a great read & unique story in the werewolf genre! Love the changeling concept, & I enjoy the female character’s brave sass. The subtle plot twists are also so satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite authors here!

Eden Rebuilt: My Island Adventure with Divine

Eden Rebuilt: My Island Adventure with Divine

The dusk was fast approaching. On the red campfire, the stewed seafood soup was steaming, filled with clams, conch, and a fat crab. "Ready!" Ethan Brooks stirred the soup, then speared the eye-pierced keg with a tree branch. Naturally, the soup was not to be wasted, and Luna secured a couple of coconut bowls to the sand as Ethan Brooks poured it all into the bowls and finally poured the seafood onto a braided coconut leaf. Looking at the seafood in front of them, Ethan Brooks and Luna looked at each other with some excitement.
