James briefly loosened his grip enough for me to wriggle free. Darius stood in the doorway. He growled. His face contorted, and with a blink of an eye, he had transformed. Darius in wolf form was terrifying. Fur as black as the midnight sky covered his body. It was longer around the neck, forming a shaggy mane. Hackles raised, snarling and snapping saliva dripped from his yellowed fangs. His gold eyes narrowed. Taking Lucian by surprise, Darius leapt across the room. His daggerlike claws drove into Lucian’s shoulders. The force slammed him into the ground.

I sadly add. "I sorta can," Nate shocks me by saying. I look at him with large eyes until he elaborates. I was pleased to see he face was clear tonight, no glasses of any kind guarding his eyes, which he blushed madly about when it was the first thing I said to him when he got into my car. "I can see better in the dark. Bright lights are what irritate my eyes. But when it's dark, I can see outlines of things. Like if you put up your fingers," he reaches down and grabs my hand in his and my breathing instantly hitches in my chest, "I can tell you're holding up three of them."

Tears pricked at the corners of my eyes as his grip tightened on my neck. “Never. Repeat. That.” he sneered in my ear, his hot breath brushing my neck. I closed my eyes, trying to swallow the lump in his grasp. My wolf whimpered inside me. I opened my eyes and my breathing hitched. Lycan Alexander's eyes were gold but….. that was just it. No black pupils in sight. Just a blazing ball of golden light. “Alex—” I bit my lips and closed my eyes as he moved his large finger as if he wanted to swirl it inside me.

She dropped her head immediately, entirely unwilling to look up into his dangerous eyes, and silently prayed that he would just leave her alone. Alexander noticed her lovely eyes gazing frantically down at the floor, completely avoiding his own. He was instantly enraged. He desperately wanted to see her eyes—her beautiful, expressive green eyes that perfectly revealed exactly how terrified she was of him. He fiercely wanted to see those fearful eyes looking up at him.

Not even a little bruise on my skin. Alpha Grey released me, lowered himself, and patted my cheeks with both hands. I watched as his eyes turned from burning red to ice blue in colour. And in a blink, he trailed his hands off my cheeks with full force, lowered his eyebrows, squeezed his eyes, wrinkled his nose, raised his upper lip, then his mouth opened wide like he just touched a burning coal. His eyes now golden red. He quickly turned away, got to the entrance and gazed back at me. Fury burned in his eyes for reasons best known to him.

Alex turned back to me angrily. “Are you crazy? Sign the papers and get the hell out of here,” he growled. I shook my head. “No.” Alex unclenched and clenched his fists. “You are crazy. I never realized this before, but I see it now. Sign the papers or I’ll make your life hell,” he roared. I stared at him stubbornly. “You are making it hell already. But I’m ready to stay,” I said. He snarled. I could tell he was on edge — he was obviously controlling his wolf, and his eyes were starting to turn yellow.

said Alex laughing Wanda punched him over his arm. “Ouch watch out,” he whined. “What? Who,” asked Julius. “It’s nothing, brother,” she said. “Oh come on, tell them he is from Riverstone,” said Alex. “Alex,” she said angrily. She gives him a death stare. “From Riverstone who?” Althea asked, shocked. “Who is it?” she asked. “I don’t know his name, he is tall, with blue eyes and fawn hairs,” she said while imagining him.

Jayden said coming out of the darkness. “Jayden you cannot stop it, I have seen it," Alexandra said. She slowly walked down the stairs and meant Jayden at the bottom. She touched his face and smiled. “Your life will be spared.” “Why are her eyes gray if she isn’t destined to be a vampire like me?” Jayden questioned. “That I haven't seen,” Alexander said. “But you see her die?” Garrett asked. “Yes.” “When?” Jayden asked before Garrett could. “I do not know.” She spoke. “Your mortal is stirring in your room Garrett I'd go to her now.”
