Alexander Ludwig As Cato Novels & Stories

Gabby passed her little notes during the lecture, scribbled on the back of her worksheet: “This teacher would lose in a staring contest with a potato.” Seris smothered a laugh. From across the school, Phoenix and Lucian sat in Combat Theory, barely listening as the instructor explained defensive formations. They weren’t paying attention to diagrams—they were thinking about Cato. Lucian leaned toward his brother. “You think he’ll try something again?” Phoenix’s jaw tensed. “Not today. But he’s not done. He was humiliated.” “Good,” Lucian muttered. “He deserved it.”

I wasn’t going to be judging them for it. “I wasn’t going to lie to you when it concerned your woman.” Alessandro said, and the Cartel scoffed. “And yet, considering that you are my friend, you chose to hide that you got married.” He said, and I shook my head as Alessandro tightened his arm around me. “Unless, you didn’t get married and the woman is no more than a slave.”

(Thats enough she belongs to Leonardo now and is not to be touched, this is unless you want to explain to the don that you ruined his birthday gift) the other man said. The man hand trembles as he pulled his hand away with an audible gulp. "No, nemmeno io ho così tanto desiderio di morte"( No not even I have that much of a death wish) the man said fear evident in his voice. Isabella wondered who this Leonardo person was and why was he so feared but as she started to put two and two together her heart began racing in her chest as she remembered where she heard that name before.

he replied, attempting to sound conciliatory. “Leonardo... before you try to bring anyone back... you should... you should...” Catherine struggled to form her thoughts, her breathing labored. “You should be honest with yourself.” “What are you trying to say, Mother?” Leonardo asked cautiously. “Leonardo, I may be old, but I’m not stupid. I know you’re—or were—involved with Alexia Levett. She’s Maximus’s wife,” Catherine said, her voice trembling with anger and despair.

Alexander didn't hesitate to take advantage and stab Kato in the side. "It didn't have to be like this," Alexander taunted, knowing he had his opponent. Alexander made the classic mistake of being too sure of himself and turned his back to Kato. Kato gathered the last of this strength and jumped on Alexander's back, knocking him on the floor. The silver dagger slid away, far out of Alexander's reach. Kato clawed at Alexander, slicing the skin of his back open. Kato was tired of his back and forth with Alexander and decided to go in for the kill.

There was no way to escape from it even if she didn't want to. Before Catherine could say anything, Suzy mumbled, "But Atlas is a warrior. The best warrior." Catherine sighed, "He can't be the best. He'll not be able to beat that person.." As she said that, her heart ached. Atlas looked at her curiously, "Wae? Who is he?" Alex said politely, "Your majesty, believe me, everyone knows he is the best. He taught me sword fight."

No wonder Lucian's built like a fortress; he's been navigating this crap his whole life. But why is Grandfather so damn confident I'll be the one to "win" this for Lucian? Enough to dangle that contract in front of me like bait? Does he think I'm that desperate, or does he see something in me that I don't? My stomach twists at the thought. I glance around, spotting Catherine who is practically glowing, her eyes lit up as she tugs on Alexander. He looks pissed by the way. Very, very pissed. His face is red, jaw clenched so tight I can see it from here, like he's biting back a curse. Probably fuming that his "rightful heir" status just got turned into a baby-making contest.

They both sat opposite each other, and Luigi was nursing a glass of whiskey in his hand. They were almost at the finish line, any day from now, the Council would call for a proper war…Alexander wasn’t afraid like the rest of them because he had complete faith in his skills and also in the fact that he had severely weakened them. They had no chance against him and his men honestly. They were now under his thumb, same way they wanted him to be. “What have we done in preparation for what’s coming?” Luigi was the first to ask, of course he would ask first. He now had something to lose, he was now a father.

Lucas said before he started eating his food, but his words were stopped by one of the groups next to them as they said “Have you heard the rumors, it is said that the Alpha has regained his Luna?” “Does this make sense? I heard that the Alpha made sacrifices to the ruler, Selene.” - The word god will be changed to “ruler” due to some religious reasons - "Yes, the Alpha suffered a lot. Luna should be grateful to him, because he waited for her all these years. The Alpha Lucian is truly loyal." The werewolves said boastfully, which made Lucas about to lose his mind. He was about to turn to them and say something, but his assistant caught him.

"He has admitted to killing the Lortal." As if on cue, the hushed whispers intensified, spreading like wildfire, Jupiter cleared his throat and all went silent once again. "He admitted to killing the Lortal, Hannibal Barca." That's not too bad, Lucian thought. He'd probably get a beating and be done with it and judging by his appearance and the solidifying merlot blood on the floors of the court, he had been punished already. Then what exactly was this meeting for?
