THE WEREWOLF ALPHA REJECTED ME, THEN HE BOUGHT ME

THE WEREWOLF ALPHA REJECTED ME, THEN HE BOUGHT ME

but understanding. “You don’t decide what it becomes,” he said. The words steady because now this was clear. “You only decide how long you can hold it.” The man’s expression hardened because now this wasn’t control anymore. this was time running out. The weight surged. Violently. Unstable. not aligning. not shaping cleanly. fracturing under its own pressure. “You think I can’t handle it?” the man said. The words sharper now because now this mattered. more than before. “I’ve already done more than your system ever could.”

Alpha’s Enemy, Alpha’s Mate

Alpha’s Enemy, Alpha’s Mate

Aiden studied him. “Because fixing creates dependency,” he said. “Pointing gives agency.” The man frowned. “That sounds like an excuse.” The bond pulsed—challenge, honesty. “Maybe,” Aiden admitted. “But it’s an honest one.” The man hesitated. “People are saying you’re starting something,” he said. “That you’re afraid to admit it.” Dante’s eyes darkened. “We’re afraid of what happens when people stop thinking for themselves,” he said sharply. The man looked between them.

Mark by Destiny.

Mark by Destiny.

Failure was data. “We will not fail again,” he said. “We will learn our lesson. That boy Thorne made an error; he chose to spill his coin on a single act of conscience. He will be bypassed by our next move. We have better men now — or we will make them into better. We will harness quiet people and make them necessary. We will create a scaffolding of lies so complex that tearing it down will exhaust even their best hearts.”

The Alpha's Beta: Once Rejected, Now Desired

The Alpha's Beta: Once Rejected, Now Desired

“Because of the situation of things, our progress has been stalled, and it’s the reason why we want to resort to more dangerous measures. We are too quiet.” “Essentially,” the elder stated. “We need to know how much progress you’ve made so far so that we can support you in every step of the way. You do not expect the members of the unanimous assembly to just give their unwavering support when they don’t even know what they stand for.”

Science fiction: The believable impossibilities

Science fiction: The believable impossibilities

Amen. Counting hours, counting things, are little in size. You rise above this and count quality, which is difficult to be seen. Come, nature, dwell in you. You alone don’t choose life; let life also choose you. Allow the world in your eyes to bloom. Real as reason, fake as what followers do. You were not born to follow. None was unlike you. You establish reason, dwell during the day where you dwell. Where you stood in the past, sacrifice of time will make you feel guilty. But guilt is not you. Remember, guilt is not you. But progress is you. Infinity, all set in order just for you. Amen.

Mated to my Ex's Lycan King Dad

Mated to my Ex's Lycan King Dad

"And now?" "Now, I'd like my sister to pull her head out of the science journals and imagine something being possible without an equation. I'd like you to stop thinking that your first plan, your logical plan, is perfect, and if you don't have one, then it's not to be done. Challenge yourself a bit, and you might figure out what the rest of us already know." "And what's that?" He sat up. "That you're unstoppable when you decide to be." He stood and stretched. "I have to eat, or I'll jeopardize my rewards."

It's a good book but very short chapters. in all honesty, you can skip 5 chapters, and they will still talk about the same thing in the next chapter. I got bored in the beginning, but if you keep reading, it gets better.

I liked the book. However, I felt that things were wrapped up in a hurry. There was no explanation how set came back and no epilogue to finish up the last few strings of the kids and the castle. Love it overall just wished a few more things were explained.

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

The smarter they are, the more convincing they find their own arguments. “But... it is not in our nature.” “I don’t know what your nature is, but my nature is to fight my nature. Someone or something fitted humans with needs and desires — to fight, to fuck, to survive any way we can. That was all — keep breeding, keep trying to get to the front of the queue. It wasn’t until we stopped relying on the tools we were given and made our own that we were able to evolve beyond our limitations. Well, some of us. The welding will always remain beyond your reach until you stop following the path you’ve been shown and find the one you haven’t.”

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

"Now I know from whom Hessuel inherited that attitude!!" I kick some grasses, uproot them, and repeatedly throw them in the air as I scream, "How could he trick me with his mosquito jokes!? Why is everything and anyone delaying my ambition! I hate this progress..." I held my head afterward while refreshing my chest. The lock of my belt clunks out of the blue which is not supposed to be a bad sign, but only bad timing. We've altered the rightful time of the universe and tragically advanced events that aren't supposed to happen now.

Or untouchable. He’s just a man learning slowly, imperfectly, how not to hide behind control. And for once, that feels like progress.
