Altered Time Wow Novels & Stories

I couldnt think, I was so hot and it was getting more intense by the second. "I've waited years for you to take your wards off. Tapping into the source to create them was smart. Taking them down not so smart." Alex said. My mind was a jumbled mess I needed this tingling to stop so I could think. "You see when The God of the Future and Goddess of time came to me and said you just unfroze time and your wards were off. My wait was finally over. Luckily for me time goes faster in your realm." Alex gloated causing me to be confused. Alex twirled me around and brought me back to his chest again. Causing the tingling to be so intense that I wrapped my arms around his neck.

He asked calmly. "There is what you call 'give' and 'take' which means you cannot change time without having an effect. I had tampered with nature and in doing so, I tampered with the lives of these humans. While I altered time, the last two people you met and what happened with them were affected and so were many others. You confronted Jade and Lydia and so they turned out to be rivals even though they weren't before and Jade who disliked you liked you. The effect of tampering with time was that most humans will do the opposite of what they are not," The moon goddess expatiates.

I smiled inwardly. That poor rogue girl won't last that long. This kind of alternative treatment holds for six weeks, tops. And it had already been four weeks since the ritual. "That's wonderful," I said flatly. Corbin waited for a flash of jealousy or anger, but he saw nothing. It made him even more irritated. "Ayla, why are you pretending to be so aloof?" he snapped. "You think hiding behind your new Alpha makes you superior? Let me tell you, Faye found me a new source of power. Compared to real power, your little song is worthless!"

"How fast some of them adapt. There's an Ascended lieutenant who lost his sister to a werewolf attack five years ago. Yesterday, I watched him save a young wolf who got pinned during live-fire exercises. He didn't hesitate." "Fear of extinction is a powerful motivator," Hawthorne replied. "Nothing unites like a common enemy." "It's more than that." Xavier watched a young soldier laugh at something a vampire said. "They're seeing each other as people. That's what changes things." An alarm chimed. Hawthorne checked his display and frowned. "Another reality glitch. That's the fifth one this week." Xavier's jaw tightened. "Where?" "Tokyo. Small-scale this time. A city block experienced a three-s

"You just showed up late." "I showed up exactly when I was supposed to!" Alerion stopped walking. "You changed the time!" "Why would I change the time?" "Because you wanted the shift closer to dawn so you could be the first person Val saw when she woke up!" Zane's face went red. "That's not..lyou're the one who..l" He shoved Alerion. Alerion shoved back harder. Zane stumbled, crashed into a tent pole someone hadn't packed properly, and the whole thing collapsed into a mess of fabric and metal.

It was approaching midday when the disturbance in the bond's awareness shifted again, sharper this time, and Wren felt something that made her blood run cold even amid the ongoing chaos of battle. "Alaric," she called, fighting her way toward him across the press, "something's changing. The disturbance, it's not settling the way it was before. It's building again, differently this time." He fought his way to her side, his own expression grim with the same recognition. "He's attempting something," he said. "Now, in the middle of the battle itself, rather than waiting for the moon's peak the way Voradine's original theory specified." "Can he do that," Wren asked. "Force the ceremony outside th

She turned to look at him "Tell me the system is lying" Alex said nothing Daniel immediately stood "The countdown says six hours, whatever sublevel ten is we need to find it before the connection reaches one hundred percent" Sharon looked at him "You said there wasn't a sublevel ten" "There wasn't" "Then how did it appear?" Daniel's expression darkened "Because someone created it after the timeline changed" A deep vibration rumbled beneath their feet THUMP Dust trickled down from the ceiling Alex stood “We're going down.” Daniel shook his head "Absolutely not"

It's the same one that Kait was at prior when she found D. I let out a shrieking gasp. "You're fucking kidding me!?" I stared down the building again, trying to take its features in, and as I did everyone was watching. "Are you sure about that?" Typically, I wouldn't question Vaughn, but this... This just didn't add up. "I'm absolutely correct on this," He started. "And at the same time, I can't explain to you the why. It's like the past 48 hours have been drastically altered somehow, or someone managed to magically change what the place looked like in that timeframe."

“He’s using time magic!” Aldus smiled cruelly. “Correct.” He vanished. He reappeared behind Kaid. Before Kaid could turn— CRACK! Aldus punched him so hard the werewolf flew through two trees. “Kaid!” Lyra yelled. But Aldus wasn’t done. His aura pulsed again. The world flickered—time skipping— Lyra barely dodged what looked like a slow punch— until the punch instantly sped up and slammed into her stomach. She flew across and crashed into rubble of the collapsed building.

Warren found it hard to believe New Avalon was new in any fashion. Fully formed buildings made of wood and stone stretched to the heavens, paved roads and primitive street lamps dotted the sidewalks. Seelie people of all shapes colors and descriptions carried on their day. The sight of the Dodge Charger got more than a few finger points and astonished looks. Warren waved to the people outside the vehicle, “How is this possible? New Avalon was just formed the other day.” Vasilia laced her fingers in Warrens, and gave them an enthusiastic squeeze, “Time moves slower where we are from. We had time to prepare for the big change. It’s the reason why humans had to be careful how long they spent in
