It had been a long time since he’d thought of Ruby Freedman. Parker stopped in front of a building with a dancing dumpling on the front. Taillights faded into black. Amara leaned against the cruiser, caught her breath. Lena stepped close, pressed her against the door, kissed her deep tasting Jax, tasting each other.
