“Yeah, I did. It’s a Christmas romance movie. I don’t think we have ever watched it before.” The movie is titled Christmas in Dallas. There is a cowboy and a woman dressed in a business looking suit on the screen. It’s probably one of those opposites attract kind of movies. I used to hate romance movies of any kind, but now that I have my dream girl I don’t mind watching romance movies anymore. "Looks good, let's watch it." I say, smiling. Adalina hits play and the three of us sit there just like that watching the movie. Spencer plays with her hair and I rub her feet, sneaking a hand up a little higher up her leg every so often just to tease her.

Escaping from being sold to a druglord by my own gumbling, drunkard father, felt like it was the end of my life, the betrayal was deep, but the last thing i imagined when i escaped to hide in Spain was Mitchell Matamoros. From what I understand, Tally doesn’t normally have many people around at Christmas. It’s a lot of fun, trust me.” She smiled at everyone.

While she was hugging Harry, Amelia remembered the meal she was preparing before her sibling arrived and rushed back to the kitchen to check if it was done. After the meal was done she served it, they all savored the lunch. Some minutes after lunch Amelia saw a text from Sebestian asking if her sibling were back. She replied the message telling him they just had lunch. After some while Harriet pleaded that I should take them to go see a movie at the cinema. Red Rush 2, the first chapter of the animation was released last year. It was the movie they watched on their birthday last year. “Can we go tomorrow, I’m very tired,” she said her voice laced with stress.

I giggled, “I do... Because there’s this movie that you’ve probably never seen, but it has given me a deep fear of walking on glass. It’s called Die Hard, and it’s one of the best Christmas movies ever.” Cas picked me up from the floor, “then we’ll sleep in another room. And I’ll clean it up tomorrow. And how can a Christmas movie be called Die Hard? It doesn't even sound Christmasy.” “You like carrying me way too much.” I said, my legs around his waist. I'd show him the movie another time. “You don’t mind it one bit, Ley. Now be a good girl and stop being stubborn, because I don’t want to fight anymore.”

Christiana swiftly appears in front of me, her face in a deep frown. I jerk back and nod quickly. Her eyes narrow on me, and a bubble of laughter escapes me. “I'm so sorry.” I apologize quickly. “Let's get to it.” I figured it out already. Vince wants me to get some clothes. If I refuse to do this, these women will be curious to know what is happening between the two newlyweds. It's better I play along for now, and when he comes back, we can discuss this. I don't want to say Vince is avoiding me. I just want to believe he is extremely busy.

My vision became blurry—I felt like I was going to cry. Just then, the lock on the door clattered. I burst out laughing once more and accidentally knock the pan over onto the coffee table. After the current movie is over, we immediately begin watching another. This continues on and on, complete with snacks, until two hours before the big Christmas dinner that a large number of people attend each year. I can't seem to get the count right in my head. We are keeping it in the pool house, which is still in the process of being finished.
