“Human. He's just an ordinary human … with a mind as mad as a real devil.” Yeah, ordinary humans who break boundaries. Totally breaking boundaries.

SATOU, D.
The story was very detailed. It was good. I like how the author made it. It was like a professional estimated novel. Good for the readers who can understand better. Notw: I skipped the news and more. I scanned it. 10 for the scene. 8 for the dialogue. Over all almost 10.

The storyline is quite interesting, although we don't that need the news part so much. The dialogue and the scene is balanced, so far. I mean, it's like 50/50 if I may say. Overall, good. Can't wait for another chapter and cliffhanger 🙈

SEDUCING MY BESTFRIEND'S BROTHER

SEDUCING MY BESTFRIEND'S BROTHER

He came into the kitchen and I handed him a mug and he took it and stood beside me at the window and we both looked at the February street in silence for a while. A woman walked a small dog that was wearing a coat. A man unlocked a deli gate with the focused efficiency of someone who did it every morning and had stopped noticing. Two pigeons disputed something near the curb with the seriousness of a genuine disagreement. "Ordinary Sunday," Marcus said. "The best kind," I said. He looked at me sideways. "Is it?" "An ordinary Sunday morning in my kitchen is what I wanted for four years. Yes." I held his gaze. "It's extraordinary on account of being ordinary."

with me. this strange man was really getting on my nerves and i didn’t know what to do about it. he truly believed i was something i wasn’t. “no, sir you must be the stupid one, because i don’t know how many times i have to tell you in order for it to get through that skull of yours, i’m not what you’re looking for i’m ordinary and human. there’s nothing special about me...it’s a waste of your time and funding. i’m not some creature found in children’s nightmares.”

My Quadruplet Step Brothers are My Mates

My Quadruplet Step Brothers are My Mates

He asked me and again, I swallowed hard as I tried to think of the best thing to say. “Well…it’s not a normal kind of book. You might find it weird and I don’t really know what you might think of me”, I said calmly, and the old man started laughing. “Well…inasmuch as I don’t like boasting, the truth now is that I might be the only one who knows every single book and where you can get it from”, he explained. After a while of pondering, I concluded that it won’t be best to let him know that we were four brothers mated a girl.

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

The morning that contained everything that had come before it. Her letter arrived in a thick envelope. Don opened it at the kitchen table. Ernest was not yet there. The light was gray through the window. The first snow of December had come the night before, and the ground was white. She said: the four books are complete as a body of work. She had known, from The Inside Account, that the argument was large. She had known from The Ground Keeps that the argument was deepening. She had known from The Emergent World that the argument had found its full human dimension. The Ordinary Morning was the destination. The ordinary day is the measure of life well accumulated. The most ordinary thing is th

The Apocalypse Hoarder

The Apocalypse Hoarder

A paper book rested in his hands while multiple surveillance feeds played silently across the large screen before him, displaying views of both the interior and exterior of the bunker. After the Frostfall, without the burden of work, his life settled into a steady rhythm. He had grown fond of reading. Some books had come from the library. Others had belonged to Severin. The one in his hands now was "Ordinary World" by Lucas Wayworth. Reading it in this era carried a strange weight. The ordinary days described in its pages were gone forever. The ordinary world itself now lay buried beneath endless ice and snow. Yet one thing remained unchanged. Human beings, resilient by nature, would struggl

Rejected By Him, Claimed By Another Alpha

Rejected By Him, Claimed By Another Alpha

"In person. Someone they already know, who can speak to the experience directly." "I can't argue against what Ferris has told them," she said. "But I can be a person they've met, who grew up ordinary, who found something genuinely useful here and came back different in ways they can see for themselves." She paused. "That's harder to dismiss than a letter." I thought about what Sorin had said, sitting in our library after the ordinary Tuesday. An old woman describing an unremarkable Tuesday tells more truth than any extraordinary demonstration. "Yes," I said. "Go."

she said. Something moved at the corner of his mouth. "And you," she said. "What do you want for the next year?" He looked at the garden. "More of this," he said simply. "The specific accumulation of ordinary days that contain the right things." He paused. "I spent a long time before the bond understanding that the extraordinary was what mattered. The decisions and the leadership and the significant events." He looked at her. "I understand now that the ordinary is what the extraordinary is made of. The mornings in the kitchen and the evenings in the east sitting room and the walks to the community hall and the dinners with Roman and Lily." He paused. "I want more of the ordinary."

Fire and Water

Fire and Water

Being in this environment brought the book he had read last night to surreal life. To him, the novel was more than just a representation of a man struggling against nature and age. It was a kind of metaphor for life. Sometimes, thought James, we go after our dreams based on preconceived notions and ideals of success and life doesn’t always work out the way we intended. But like the old man, he figured you had to keep going no matter what. Because as is the case with real life, just as in the book, there is always someone watching and learning from your example.

THE CEO ALREADY KNEW

THE CEO ALREADY KNEW

The new publisher was a young woman named Eva, who had read the Oracle Letters in university, who had been moved by the story of two women who changed everything. "Why do you keep writing?" Eva asked. "Because they did." "That's not an answer." "It's the only one I have." --- The book was called The Ordinary Hours. Not about grand gestures — about the small things. The coffee. The garden. The hand on your shoulder. The person who stays when staying is hard. I dedicated it to Joana. For showing me that love is not about the dramatic moments, I wrote. It's about the morning light. The shared silence. The choice to be present.
