Her mind was jerked back to reality before she was just about to drown in her mental miseries as her phone buzzed “Mahi, you’re back and you didn’t let me know, what am I to make of all this, are we officially done with each other,” Ana almost yelled over the phone “Ha Ha, what will I do if I get done with you, please forgive me my lady, I just returned yesterday and crashed, today I’m still sulking at work and was just about to call you,” “hey, what’s with your voice, why does it sound like I’m listening to some sad opera, all okay,”

She tells me with a big smile across her face. " Yeah no probably at all Tawnya, thanks for the ride," I answer her and turn to face T " You keep singing them Abc's with that beautiful voice of yours, you sound just like those disney princesses," I tell her with a big grin. Gulping down the big knot in my throat, I open the car door to get out. I turn and give them one last wave good bye as Tawnya's car drives away. Anam's POV "Anam is there any special reason you called me at 10 am " Ayan reply sleeping " why could you be so cruel to ruin my sleep " "Hey, you can't complain I am the one who should complain here. my precious sleep got disturbed because of you" "Dear Miss Khan could you be a nice person and tell me the reason so that I can continue my sleep," he says in a gentlemanly tone. how can someone sound so good even half-sleeping?

Chapter 3 Tanya’s POV I'm Tanya Snow. I’m also an assassin/agent. While I was working out, my private phone suddenly rang. I quickly grabbed it and checked who was calling. When I saw it was Ana’s number, I immediately answered while wiping the sweat off my face. "Hel—" I hadn't even finished my greeting when the person on the other line spoke. "Mommy said you should call her later after this call, Ninang," said Baby Enno, without a hint of emotion.

“She's a true hybrid. She's a demon, angel, and human, but only a tiny smidge is human. You, Ana, are what we call a halfling. You're half-human and half-demon. A halfling is a hybrid of sorts but nothing like Misha. Ana looks at me firmly, “I will make her comfortable. You go dry yourself off because we need to talk.”

If Elsa was bold, out spoken , on the other hand Ana was sweet, kind and soft spoken. “Oh aunty, you don’t worry , I will mannage. Its just matter of a week. Relax.” Ana cheered the lady smiling warmly. Just then her phone beeped with the notification of a message. She pull out her cell phone and read the message. A light shade of blush spread on her cheeks and she smiled shyly. Aunt Grace stared at her with a doubtful look and before she ask her anything, Ana bid her for the last time and left hastily from there not wanting to get late for the classes.

Ana grinned and confidently crossed her arms, observing the people in front of her. “Apologies. It has been quite some time since I last laid eyes on them, hence my initial reaction. However, rest assured, I am capable of handling myself. I refuse to succumb to fear any longer, as I am no longer a weakling,” Ana declared. Her friends nodded in agreement, offering comforting pats on her shoulder. “All I feel now is pure anger,” she added, directing her gaze towards the Villalobos, who were also fixated on her. “Hmm…”
