I barely had time to relax before a deep voice resounded,  "What did you just do?"  I stiffened at the sound of the voice. I didn't need to turn around before I knew who it was. That voice had chased me up from bed at night.  I turned slowly to face the person. Alpha Perrin stepped into the light, an indecipherable expression on his face.  "You're...the cure." He said, ever so slightly. . . . As the least favorite child of her parents, Quinn was forced to marry a crippled Alpha to settle the war between the two packs, in place of her older sister. She laughed coldly. "Oh, and next time you accuse someone, make sure you have evidence. Did you really think your word alone could ruin me?" I died choking on my final breath. Afterward, they lived happily, spending my money without a care in the world. But then, I woke up. It was the day I caught her cheating again. This time, I went straight to work. I replaced the lubricant at home with industrial-strength glue. She wanted proof? Fine. I’d give her proof.

“I hate wolves!" I declared “W-why?” Ruda looked back at Yohan in horror as I continued. “They're the most disgusting animals on this planet. If I ever see one I’m gonna shoot it right there. They're gross and vile! I hate them so Goddamn much!” My words were full of spite. I’ve always hated wolves but I was soon brought out of my hate-filled thoughts when the dish Yohan was holding crashed on the floor. “Oh no…” I heard a whisper from Ruda's mouth as some veins on Yohan's neck turned purple and he began coughing up blood. I began to run towards him too when Yohan looked at me and yelled, “Stop!!! Don’t come near me!!” I froze in my place. All the coughing and throwing up blood had made his breathing ragged. He was having a hard time even trying, “Don’t come near me…” His angry voice shattered my feelings. It made me feel bad that even in that condition, he wouldn't let me near him *** Yohan is a very powerful white wolf who's also the current CEO of his family's company in the human world yet still he's not the confirmed heir to it since his people believe he will die young because of the curse he has.
