It did not matter that he had been going shopping with her mother for ages; he was still clueless. The memory brought tears to her eyes, but she did not want to dwell on it. It was a beautiful funny memory, and she wanted it to remain that way. She lightly caressed the soft bristles of the brush as she gave the room a once-over. She was in art heaven. At the corner of her room, there was a stack of books piled up. She picked up one and opened the pages; she shut her eyes as she sniffed. Nothing smelled better than the pages of a new book. I checked on Alpha Damien and he was still fast asleep, I smiled weakly before rushing out and bumped into some maids. “Come with me, I have some errand for you to run for me.” I said and pulled one of them with me.
