Anger. A surge of it so fierce it makes me tremble. My chest aches with the force of it, every nerve screaming with rage. I want to strike him, to march across the space between us and slap him hard across the face, to remind him that he is not untouchable, that he is not some god we must all kneel before simply because he fathered us.
