Ancalagon: The Last Pure Dragon

Ancalagon: The Last Pure Dragon

Eliane I’m so proud of Cal. I knew he’d come through for me. I knew he’d make the effort to work with Iniko. I wasn’t sure how Iniko would feel about it, but I’m glad that he’s also making the effort to get along. “Be careful with Kenzo, Iniko. He’s a sneaky little earth dragon,” Ancalagon says as we walk to class. He has his arm around my shoulders. It’s casual, but also a very clear display that I’m his mate. Since I am, and I want everyone to know it, I wrap my arm around his waist. I may have two dragons, but I only have one mate.

Phenomenal read this was! The entire series is a work of art, truly one of the best on this app, but this one had so much anticipation around it and certainly did not let us down. Absolutely amazing job, author! Cannot wait for the next one! Please keep the series going! Lol Amazing job, author :)

This book is a tear jerker, but also touching. It has a fabulous balance of adventure and emotion. All the pieces come together. Cooper set this series up with great skill. I could not read fast enough. Waiting for a chapter to post was brutal. Brilliant

The Way of the Dragon

The Way of the Dragon

This feeling was very strange. "Clang" However, at the next moment, with waves of strange friction sounds, everyone's questions were completely answered. The white skeletons slowly crawled out of the sea and onto these stone bridges. These white skeletons were clearly bones of undead, and they were beyond the elite level. The white skeletons, which were integrated from top to bottom, all carried a strange energy flowing. Their powerful auras were clearly visible. What they were holding were all sinister longbows. They looked fatal, while this group of skeleton undead had over ten thousand of them. The number of them was astonishing to the extreme.

Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?

Iniko: A New Beginning

Iniko: A New Beginning

I say. We’ve just stepped into the cafeteria when I hear a dragon’s roar. A moment later, I hear Cyrene screaming for our mother that something’s wrong with Iniko. I race out of the cafeteria and outside to the area where Cal’s dragon babies have taken up residence until they shift. Before I even get there, I hear the horrible sound of bones snapping and I feel more than hear, Iniko crying out in pain. I find Cyrene who is sobbing as she watches Iniko. I take her hand and watch helplessly as our brother’s bones snap and reconfigure into his human form.

Good Girl in Action

My hands are itching to kill each one of them. What I saw inside the room was disgustingly terrible. There were skeletons scattered on the ground. The Animies were there… devouring the body of Niah. They were aggressively munching her flesh like they have never eaten for years. She looked helpless and in tears. Kylo was missing. They must not let me see her dead body unless they want to face the demon I’ve been hiding.

Alright. I have to say this. That twist got me. I thought the mirror reflection scene was just a plain old-used scenario, but I was surprised (in a good way) that Vad became a totally different person (gender). I find the POV funny. This book is well written and has an interesting opening chapter.

What should I say about this story? It's just awesome. It got a good plot and appears promising. Author has done an awesome job in depicting the emotions portrayed by the characters n fantasy world build up. I usually don't read fantasy genre, but this one caught my eyes. Kudos to the author .........

she said, finding my confused gaze again. "Aaron? But their nests are impossible to find. Not unless... light have mercy," I said, feeling like I'd been punched in the chest. "We're gonna go," Lills mumbled, getting to her feet. I nodded, too lost for words to find the one's that would make her stay. Scorchers were dangerous, a militia that stood outside the rules and laws the rest of us lived by. They were those who'd committed their lives to the destruction of every non human creature beyond the borders of the Diarna, the furthest mining town in the south. They married their work and bred for numbers. They were smart, strong and loyal to a fault and would rather see our entire world blaze

Dragon-kissed

Sasha blurted out. Aki shrugged. “Brown Slayers have full body tattoos, right? Well, it turns out Budo’s tattoos are non-tribal and resemble those of gangsters.” “What’s his spirit animal?” Sasha asked. “A hissing cockroach,” Aki replied. All three Slayers looked at each other and then burst out laughing.

Blood and Bones

Blood and Bones

Declan stands motionless by the floor-to-ceiling window, the neon glow of the city bleeding across the hardwood like liquid gold, painting his silhouette in flickering light. His shirt hangs loose, the fabric clinging to the damp heat of his skin, sleeves pushed up to reveal the corded muscle of his forearms. The faintest sheen of sweat glistens along his collarbone, catching the light as his chest rises and falls with controlled restraint. His jaw is set, a muscle ticking beneath the stubble, his shoulders taut with something raw and unspoken. I can see the pulse hammering at the base of his throat, the way his fingers flex at his sides, as if fighting the urge to reach for me.

I say with an obnoxious smile. “Of course, Lucas this is Luciana Morgenstern. She is our special student,” he says, motioning for the man to sit. “Special?” He asks with furrowed brows. “She is a hybrid. Mother was a Light Angel, father a Dark,” the headmaster explains. Mr. Night’s eyes widen and I sit down on the couch, watching with a bemused smirk. After all these years, they’re still terrified of hybrids. Even an adolescent one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sketching the skeleton first feels like placing the cornerstones of a house — it's where everything safe and meaningful starts for me. I treat that thin, scribbled frame as a promise: the pose will read, the weight will land, and the silhouette will work at thumbnail size. When I’m noodling a character that might fit into something like 'One Piece' or a darker title like 'Dorohedoro', the skeleton lets me push proportions wildly or rein it in depending on the tone I want. Beyond posture, the skeleton resolves so many later headaches. Clothes, armor, hairstyles — they all drape off the same internal logic, so once I nail the sticks and joints the costume decisions become choices, not guesses. It also speeds iteration; I can sketch fifteen different silhouettes in the time it would take to fully render one, which is gold when I'm trying to find a unique silhouette or test how a character looks in motion. For animation-friendly designs, the skeleton ensures joints sit where they’ll deform cleanly, and for illustration it helps with perspective and foreshortening. I also love how the skeleton helps storytelling: a slumped line of action tells defeat, a rigid S-curve screams confidence. I keep a little library of skeletons — tall lanky, compact squat, athletic three-quarter twist — and choosing one often decides the character's personality before a single fashion detail appears. It’s my little ritual, and it keeps the designs honest and alive.
