Athena

Athena

Narcissa handed little Cleon over to Athena, making everyone laugh. Narcissa hugged Athena, “Don’t feel bad, Thena; I will always be your best friend. My brother is mean, Tristan and I good, Azazel recently learned to talk,” Narcissa blurted out in one go, kissing Cleon. Athena cared about nothing; she saw Azazel as nothing but a big nasty bully.

Mated to the Alpha twins

Mated to the Alpha twins

Their combined power was feared throughout the realms, and we hoped to gain their favor. With reverence, we approached the thrones, explaining our situation and pleading for their assistance. Hades, with his stern expression, listened intently, while Hel's cold gaze seemed to pierce through our souls. Anubis, with his jackal-like features, nodded thoughtfully, his eyes gleaming with ancient wisdom. After a moment of silence, Hades spoke, his voice like thunder, "We will grant you our aid, but be warned, the price will be steep. Are you prepared to pay for it?"

REJECTED MATE

REJECTED MATE

Each time I glanced up, he leaned forward and inhaled a deep breath. “What?” I asked. “You’re intoxicating,” he said as I took a sip of red wine. “And you belong at my side, not at his.” I spluttered on my mouthful. “What kind of wolf god doesn’t respect the sanctity of mates?” “I never said I was a wolf god.” “But—” “Most of my brethren have animal heads but that doesn’t mean we’re nature spirits.” My brows rose. His brother, Anubis, had the head of a jackal, but he was the Egyptian god of mummification and death. No one ever referred to him as a canine.

The Dark Ones

The Dark Ones

“Why does that sound so familiar?” “It’s the name of the Egyptian God that’s always portrayed with the head of a jackal on its body. I guess it sorta looks like a wolf head in some depictions.” Georgia smiled. “Sounds cool. What was Anubis the God of?” “Death. Or more like the afterlife. He guided lost and helpless souls and oversaw the last procession of the dead.” “That’s a little grim.” Hayden smiled. “Well, you wanted an edgy name for me, remember?”

Asterion

Asterion

Long black hair hung loose past his shoulders, and dark, nearly black eyes bore into mine. I thought to ask who he was when I noticed the bident in his hands and knew who I stood before. I quickly took to a knee, bowing my head. A God was visiting me. Not just any God, either. I am before one of the original six. The God of Death, Hades, stood before me with a somber look on his pale face.

Such an interesting & sweet twist to the Minotaur's story. Loved it! Asterion was so well depicted & emotionally drawn. The ending & epilogues were just so heart touching. I was very moved by the ending. Thanks for a very lovely, moving story.

I loved this story. I started reading it twice before, then just read it all way through over the last couple of days. I really want more like this! It was such a great twist on the Minotaur Myths and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Where Ruby's Heart Belongs

Where Ruby's Heart Belongs

I told him, which only confused him more as he eyed us like we’ve lost our minds. “My son is trying to wake up, who, and I’m in his way of doing just that?” He asked in a very confusing manner. Honestly I didn’t feel like explaining everything to this guy. Also, I barely understood all the details of what was going on myself. “Look, Kane is Anubis and his brother is Horus, who you’ve been guarding all this time for centuries. Now, Anubis needs his help because Leviathan is escaping his imprisonment… Got it?” I asked, to which he looked at me even more confused than before.

Morrigan

Morrigan

Morrigan can still remember how excited she was and her younger sister, Mary, when her father and mother broke the news of them having another sibling, but little did her family know that months later they would be betrayed and brutally murdered by her uncle and some of the ministers who wanted to usurp the throne. Morrigan’s hands curled into fists as she remembered how powerless she was standing in front of the tomb of her family. How she wanted to avenge them but she was only thirteen years old and had no right to assume power not until she was of the right age. Her hands subconsciously reached the dagger she always had beside her. Her fingertips caressed its encrusted emblems, a raven th

ANNA

ANNA

"Yes, ma'am." "Please wait," she said before wearing her glasses. I had only one word for Annabelle Siromani. Unpredictable. When she wore her glasses, her facial expression changed. She looked like an evil Egyptian queen. She literally looked that way. I began to wonder how someone could change in a matter of milliseconds.
