He tried to move backward, but his back hit the wall. “You know what your problem is?” Damien continued, his voice getting higher. “You and Cassian think you’re untouchable. But you’re not. People like you always fall eventually. And when you do, I’ll be there laughing.” I stopped right in front of him. Then I raised my hand and slapped him hard across the face. The sound was sharp. Damien’s head snapped to the side. He let out a pained grunt as a tooth flew out. Before he could recover, I lifted my foot and stepped down on his right hand, the same hand he had probably used to send that story to the media.

He looks at the blood and then chuckles, darting his gaze back to Liam. “That's one solid punch, Everhart,” he snickers, “but it's not enough to make me forget how delicious your wife tasted.” I gasp in shock at Damien's words. I can't believe he just said that. The scowl on Liam's face gets worse and I didn't think it was possible. He grinds his teeth and lands another hard punch on Damien, almost sending him crashing to the ground. Damien, just like he did before, quickly regains his balance and wipes the blood from his lip.

He looked up, eyes blazing with fury, and in a flash, he lunged at Damian, his hand swinging wildly toward him. But he was too slow, his movements sloppy and desperate. Damian easily sidestepped the punch, his reflexes sharp, adrenaline heightening his senses. “Pathetic,” Damian sneered, grabbing Victor by the collar and yanking him forward. With a swift, precise motion, he drove his fist deep into Victor’s stomach. The impact sent Victor doubling over, gasping for air as the wind was knocked out of him. He clutched his abdomen, his face contorted in agony as he collapsed to his knees, retching.

I shut my eyes tight, waiting for the worst to come, too tired to fight back. But it never came. I slowly opened my eyes to see the dude on the floor with another huge frame on top of him, punching him aggressively. I gasped as I recognized the voice of the person attacking the guy. “Don’t you. Dare. Lay. Your hnads. On her. Ever. Again,” Damien’s voice rang out between each punch. What is he doing here? How did he find me? The hitting didn’t stop, even when his knuckles split open and were bloodied. I called to him to stop, to tell him I was fine now.

The kiss was full of mastery, as if to say that the whole world may come to attack, but Elena would remain his. Elena was shocked, her body stiffened, but she didn’t push him away. Damian exploded. “Stop!” In one swift motion, Damian launched his fist at Nathan. Thud! The punch landed right on Nathan’s jaw, making the man stagger slightly. “Nathan!” Elena shouted, holding her body back from immediately hugging the man. Nathan wiped the corner of his bleeding lip, then looked at Damian calmly. “Are you done? Or do you want to rehash all your old mistakes?” Nathan said.

Without wasting another second and thinking straight, I punched him so hard that he fell to the ground and the corner of his mouth was bleeding as well. Mom gasped from behind and tried to hold him before she looked at me with disappointment, "Why don't you tell us what happened? What did Dex say on the call?" She was indeed worried about my punch to Damian but she looked more concerned about me. Damian got up from the ground. He was wearing tracksuit and sweating. He must have returned home from his jogging.

His blood boiled when he saw Omar looked up and gave him a tight grin, standing up and making others aware of his presence. “Surprise to see you here, McLaren,” Omar stated flatly as he placed his napkin down. He looked behind Damian. “All alone? Where is your wife?” Without saying a single reply, Damian walked to him angrily and before Omar could see the threat coming at him, Damian threw a hard punch at his jaw. He then grabbed him by the collar of his coat and threw another punch. “Damian!” Vittoria yelled as Omar was thrown off towards the floor. “Why the f8ck did you do that?!”

“Mourn your loss. You don’t stand a chance against me.” Damien said nothing. His fists clenched, and without warning, he lunged forward, his speed like a blur through the air. Stephan, unfazed, raised his hand lazily, intending to stop the punch with ease. But the moment Damien’s fist connected, the force was beyond anything Stephan had anticipated. The shockwave of the blow reverberated through the air, and Stephan’s eyes widened in surprise as he was sent flying backward, crashing violently through a series of jagged rocks.
