Return to Power

After exchanging 20 moves, Achilles fell heavily to the ground, and Little Apple was still standing in the void. "If I kill you, I think I will get my task completed." Looking down at Achilles, Little Apple said happily. Now he had the capital to run amok in this land. Achilles roared and his figure rushed into the sky. His pride did not allow him to admit defeat. Except that man, no one in the world had ever let him bow his head.

Falling for my Alpha

Falling for my Alpha

Not shedding a tear. Most of the pack moved over to the hall once the pyre had burnt for a while. But Amelia promised herself that she would stand there until the entire pyre had burnt out. She would be with him to the bitter end. No matter how long it took. She would not leave his side and let him go alone to Mother Moon. She would watch over him until his very last flame.

Falling for the Alpha

Falling for the Alpha

I exploded “surely there is a way for us to find out who's phone it is.” “I tried, but it's a pre paid phone, so there is no way to find out who's doing it, but I thought I should let you know.” I turned my head away from him and started at the pond in front of me. Nathan leaned over and tilted my head to fave him wiping my tears away, he said. “Please don't let this upset you. I promise I will find out who's doing this. Don't let it spoil things for us.” I nodded as I snuggled into Nathan, and we started picking at the delicious food. After about half an hour, I felt lightheaded, and then without warning, I started throwing up.

Falling for the Alpha

Sabrina exclaimed but to be honest, there was nothing she could do , the only person brave enough to stop this was Sebastian . "How dare you go against me, get yourself ready because very soon, you will move to the Red Moon mansion" . " But fa… " before she could finish her words, Sir Gabriel left the lady who was drenched in tears, she was just twenty years old just like me. ' What will people in college say, they will probably laugh at me that I was sold off to an alpha because of an alliance ' this was what had been ringing in her head, she was only worried because of her social status and the high possibility that she might drop out from school if such happened.

The Alpha's Cursed Mate

The Alpha's Cursed Mate

The butterflies didn't say anything but their response was to release sparkle dust, colourful sparkle dust and send me flying into the sky once again. The lift this time was higher and faster, almost nauseating. The dust took me out of the lemon path and I thought it'd drop me off there, but it took me far, and then I saw Apple picking green apples from a tree and throwing it into a large basket on the ground. Apple instinctively looked up and furrowed her eyebrows when she saw me heading towards her at full speed. She immediately jumped down from the tree and at the same time, the dust disappeared, causing me to fall from the sky. Apple effortlessly caught me.

Sapphire is bold, especially for someone who grew up in the kind of surrounding she was born in. However, I think she's a bit selfish. She's always quick to make decisions that she believed is best for everyone, unconsciously acting on what's best for her. She should learn to think on her own.

I'm enjoying it so far. I just feel bad for Sapphire. She has to find out how to break her curse but her mother left no clue because she's trying to "protect" her. Isn't the best way to protect someone is to tell them everything? Not just a quarter of the truth.

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Then, she let out a short scream and fell. Vermont's heart skipped a beat. He immediately dropped the basket of apples in his hands and reached out to catch her. However, he missed her entirely, and Felicity fell in front of him before landing on the grass. Vermont was stunned. He looked at his empty hands. Then, he hurriedly went to check on Felicity. "Are you okay?" Felicity rubbed her butt and complained, "Why did you throw the apples on the ground? They're hurting me so much."

I am on chapter 1700 and trust me this has to be the only book here that I have not lost interest in,i.e, the chapters have not dragged on and you literally are on the edge of your seat throughout the book. Enjoyed the whole book except the last few chapters.Hope the story doesn't become cliched now

What makes this story good are the characters, mainly the lead characters. Unlike other stories where the leads are usually portrayed as someone omnipotent with multiple hidden excellent identities, both Stella and Keegan have their own flaws and weaknesses, which made their characters more charming

His Surrogate

His Surrogate

Although the rain had stopped a few hours ago, the sky had begun to darken and that was clear evidence that the rain was going to pour down again. A little girl could be seen picking small apples that had fallen down the tree that stood tall in the center of a huge Mansion. "Beatrice darling, how many times does mummy have to tell you that picking the fallen apples is bad..do you want to be struck by lightning?" An older woman asked as she walked out of the house to see the little girl down on her knees as she picked them carefully. "But mummy, the apples are fresh." "Sweetie, this is food for the dead not for the living." Her mother said, and the little girl's eyes widened.

Rebirth and Revenge:Lycan King’s Feisty Luna

Rebirth and Revenge:Lycan King’s Feisty Luna

“Your father will hear every word of this. Everyone will know exactly what you’ve done.” Alice’s expression shifted. “No,” she said softly. “You won’t.” “Watch me.” She moved faster than I thought possible. One moment she was standing there smiling faintly, almost pitying and the next her hands slammed into my chest. I stumbled. The ground vanished. Rain rushed into my vision as I fell backward off the cliff, the sky spinning violently above me. The last clear image burned into my mind was Alice’s face, shrinking as I dropped away from her. “Alice!” Her name tore out of me like it still had the power to save something.

Dead Weight

Dead Weight

Endings should announce themselves. A door closing. A siren stopping. Someone saying, “That’s it, then,” with the kind of grave timing that makes everyone look meaningfully at the horizon. Act One of Maya Rodriguez’s second apocalypse ends with Sam arguing that powdered milk should count as food, Nora threatening to reorganize the cleaning cloths by color, Aaron trying to fix a shelf he broke while insisting it was “already emotionally unstable,” and Ben asking whether Gerald needs a watch rotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

I finished 'Apples Never Fall' recently and got curious about what summary blurbs reveal. Most standard summaries, like the one on the book's back cover or major retail sites, set up the mystery but stop well before the ending. They tell you the Delaney family seems happy until Joy disappears and a young woman named Savannah arrives, disrupting everything. The summaries pose the questions—where is Joy, and what secrets are surfacing?—but they don’t answer them. You’ll learn the premise, the tense family dynamics, and the suspicious circumstances, but the actual culprit, the full motivation, and the final twists are kept under wraps. The book is a domestic thriller, and its pleasure is in the slow unraveling, so summaries wisely avoid spoiling that journey.

If you go digging into detailed plot recaps or fan wikis, though, that’s where you’ll hit major spoilers. I’ve seen some lengthy reviews or ‘ending explained’ articles that lay out the entire resolution, including which family member was involved and why. Those are clearly marked for people who’ve finished the book or don’t mind knowing. So, your experience depends entirely on where you look. A basic publisher’s summary is safe; it’s designed to hook you without giving away the game. It frames the mystery without revealing the solution, which is exactly what a good summary should do. Liane Moriarty’s strength is in her character studies, and even the summary hints at the layers beneath the ‘perfect’ family facade without exposing what’s at the core.
