Hence, right after I gulped the left whiskey in my glass, I stood up and rushed around the pack, following her scent, until I found Adeline at the dining hall, leisurely picking foods from the buffet. “What the hell!” she cursed as I grabbed her by the arm, causing her to lose grip of her plate. With her shaking hands, she reached for something inside the pocket of her jacket. “What’s this?” Clavier asked. “The drug...the First Elder’s blood used to produce the drug...and the research data….” Adeline replied softly before losing consciousness.
