The day that would have marked the beginning of a lifetime for us. Closing my eyes, I heaved a long exhale and propped my head against the headboard. Even though the curtained darkness of closed lids, it was her face was floated in—over and over again. It was the first time I realized that I might wear the skin of a monster, but my heart was still human. And I belonged to her. The pain that hit me came in waves. It clawed under my skin, infused with the blood in my veins, and drilled into the marrow of my bones until the ache made me hollow inside out.

I squeaked, with a smile that didn't reach my ears. The moment she was off the basement, I listened as her footsteps leaving the room echoed inside the room. I searched under the dirty bed. Dust got into my mouth. I groaned bitterly. Nothing was underneath. I stood up, smoothing my leather black gown I had bought with the money I took from my father's water project. I drew open the drawer table, but a black spider rushed out of it. I jumped so hard I fell and hit the cold floor. “This is disgusting, everything is disgusting.” I screamed, yet I was alone even though I let myself come here in the first place.

There was always the risk of turning ferral if too long in your animal form but they did not seem to mind the risk. “Vera?” I heard someone ask. “Yea?” I answered and then he joined me. He was one of the therianthrope shifters. He looked creepy and hot at the same time. His other was a tarantula, from the middle down he was spider and from his navel up he was human. In Greek mythology they called them, Arachne.

It was a woman, tall and imposing, with long silver hair and eyes that seemed to bore into Emilia's soul. "Who are you?" Emilia asked, her voice trembling. The woman smiled, her eyes glinting with amusement. "My name is Arachne," the woman said. "And I am the one who will bring about your downfall." Liam's eyes narrowed, his expression fierce. "We'll never let that happen," Liam said. Arachne laughed, her voice echoing through the clearing. "We'll see about that," Arachne said. "You see, Emilia, you have something that belongs to me. Something that I will stop at nothing to get."

The wolf rushed over, but she had fallen into the abyss. She felt like she was floating in the air, such a strange feeling. Suddenly, her shirt got caught by a tree branch, and that caused her to be hanged on the wall of the abyss. The sound of broken branches. “ah, ah, ah…” The sound of a tree breaking branches because it couldn’t take her weight. She discovered that there was a path below her. Underneath the cave, some strange creatures were looking up at her. They jumped up, this action was like they wanted to drag her fall into the cave. She didn't know where she was and the strange creatures which could jump more than 5 meters. But luckily, Lily's stuck at a very high place.

There was no more Araknee. I turned back to the orb, still displaying my half sister's corpse in the water snake's tight grasp. I dissolved the snake-like form of water, setting the corpse free. Her body would rot faster at the bottom of the river. Just about to pull my hands out of the enchanted orb, the corpse twitched then her eyes flew open, eliciting a loud gasp from the audience around me. The film of light blue covering Araknee's eyes immediately had my skin crawling with goosebumps. Shit! She activated her defense mode.

A Shadow-Stalker jumped through the broken window and It was a nightmare come to life. It had no face, only a mouth full of yellow teeth. It moved like a spider, crawling on the walls with its long, bony fingers. "Ariana, get back!" my father, Aragon, yelled. He didn't wait. He jumped at the monster and hit the creature so hard that its head exploded against the wall and black, oily blood sprayed everywhere. But more were coming. Ten, twenty, fifty monsters began to crawl over the castle walls and through the windows.

He added that made the siblings confused. "I think, you think that our last-born Igetes, Adhira, is the only murderer here." He said as Alaric brows start to furrow. "Well, you're wrong. Your dear Queen bitch, your useless momma, is the monster here. And as long as her blood runs in your veins, I won't stop seeking revenge." "She was a monster. Her power just triggered Hira's that made it stronger that day." He said as he laughs ominously. "Good thing, that power consumes her." He added and that made Audra lose her temper.

"Why are you chasing me? Just let me go. I want to be done. I want the hurting to stop." "The hurting never stops, Aurelia Viremont. It molts…and grows teeth." The creature circled me, its body flowing like ink. "I have been trapped under these mines for a thousand years. I was waiting for a soul that tasted just like yours." "Like mine? I'm nothing. I'm a low-blood omega. Everyone told me that since the day I was born. I’m a mistake."

Shortly afterwards, they lastly found what they’d been looking for. Evania and Sumico saw a young lady, about the same age with them. The young lady was seen squatting down on the floor, with all her fear, anxiety, panic and frustration. Meanwhile, in front of the young lady, they saw a big, tall, blue monster, with his two long pointed horns, his two sharp canine teeth, and his dark red eyes. The big, tall, blue monster was seen fighting against four scorpion demons which were showing their true forms in four gigantic scorpions.
