Berserker

Berserker

Bark flew in all directions and his knuckles welled with blood but he didn't seem to notice. "What did she say?" Liv demanded, her eyes wide with terror. "The necklace belongs to one of Magnus' warriors. An arrogant young man named Leif." Brand heaved a breath, trying to get his emotions under control. "He is the one who shot me with that arrow." "Oh my God!" Liv cried and buried her head in Brodi's shoulder, fresh weeping assailing her. Brodi hugged his grieving mate more tightly. "I don't remember a Leif. Why would one of the warrior's take my son? And why wouldn't you or one of the other men have told me this sooner so he could be properly punished?" Brodi asked accusingly.

Alpha Sage

Alpha Sage

I rolled my eyes, thinking she was just being dramatic. Suddenly an unfamiliar figure came into view giggling and clapping his hands in a sinister way as he narrowed his gaze at me. His stare remained fixed on me with an unerring intensity. I gulped down a lump trying to gather my thoughts together as my heart raced while Nyx's growl turned into a fierce snarl. "I told you," Nyx states. Fighting back the urge to roll my eyes as she gloats. Soon the man's lips wiggled into a snicker. “I must say, Sage has quite the taste”

VOWS WRITTEN IN VENGEANCE

VOWS WRITTEN IN VENGEANCE

Sloane’s smile widened. “I activated the final protocol.” Aria stared at the screens. “You’re going to start a war.” “Not war,” Sloane corrected. “Order.” Lucien’s voice hardened. “You’re insane.” Sloane tilted her head slightly. “And you’re predictable.” She raised a pistol and fired. The shot rang through the chamber. Lucien shoved Aria aside The bullet slammed into his shoulder. He collapsed to one knee. “LUCIEN!” Aria screamed. Marcus opened fire instantly.

Desired by My Stepdad and His Sons

“Stop.” Not to them. To her. “Ariana.” There was something urgent now. Something cracking. “I can feel the failsafe arming.” Her pulse exploded. “What?” “They triggered it when the sniper failed.” The twin scanned the area. “From where?” Mason shook his head slightly. “Not external.” Ariana’s blood froze. “It’s inside us.” The connection between them flared violently. Pain lanced through her chest. Mason staggered. “Distance,” Lucas barked.

The Reluctant Alpha and His Sassy Queen

The Reluctant Alpha and His Sassy Queen

Warriors tried to intercept him, but Alaric plowed through them like a beast possessed, claws ripping, teeth snapping, blood painting the marble floor red. Ronan stepped forward calm like he doesn't really give a bloody fuck. And then Scarlet moved. She didn’t shout. Her body blurred, power exploding from her limbs as she leapt straight into Alaric’s path. Her claws elongated mid-air long, wicked, glowing faintly crimson and she swung with everything she had. SLASH. Her claws tore straight through his chest. Not a shallow wound but it was like a warning. She stabbed him. Alaric screamed a raw, animal sound as her claws pierced his ribs and sank deep into his heartspace. Blood poured from his

She would not be a prize. But gods, she hated being watched. The first suitor stepped forward: Alaric of Silverthorn, tall and broad-shouldered, his wolf scent sharp with arrogance. He laid a blade on the table — forged from mountain steel, its edge gleaming. “For the heir of Blackpine,” he said, his voice carrying. “A weapon for one who already burns brighter than steel. Take it, and know Silverthorn would stand with you in war, in fire, in bond.”

When the Fool Heals the Mafia

When the Fool Heals the Mafia

The sniper froze because she was looking directly at him. Across the distance, through fog and shadow, their eyes met, and in that moment, something inside him cracked. Because what he saw was not fear, not panic, not even anger, it was something far worse. Her eyes were cold, sharp, and hungry, as if silently telling him: You made a mistake. A slow, dangerous smirk formed on Amara’s lips. “Amara, get down!” Finn’s voice came again, tense now. But she didn’t move. Instead, she raised her gun in one smooth, effortless motion. No hesitation. No second thought. The sniper’s breath hitched.

Alpha Ren

Alpha Ren

Chase and I exchange wary glances. “He was never meant to be the true Alpha. His brother was, before he murdered him and cold blood, and still feels no remorse. I can tell, I can sense it, and through me, you can too. Help me keep him away, at least until I can find a Gaze Reader who is willing to get him out of my head,” Chase says firmly. It seems just his tone alone seems to shock the Gaze Reader into submission. She gets up from the cushions she was sitting on, walking over to a makeshift shelves, sifting through bottles and jars filled with questionable ingredients. I watch her carefully, waiting for her to cast some spell of bad luck onto us before shooting us away.

Making them merge with the other groups. We train daily. We are responsible for learning as many tactics as possible. I as well as both betas and James are the main snipers. We usually are the first to arrive at the scene and the last to leave the scene. We gotta specialize in everything. From artillery to, combat, human and wolf form. Our specialty consists of different martial arts, combat, being the best with weapons, and my favorite.... being swift with the sword. There's just something about ripping a vamps head off with one single swift from my blade. Almost like a knife going through butter.

Loved the story! It was a bit patchy in its flow though I understand with the flashbacks and all it can be tricky! What bothered me most however was that the book was not edited well. It had a lot of spelling and grammatical mistakes! If the book is complete I suggest that the author proof & edit it
