That she didn't have the answers to yet. She moved to the edge of the bed and stood. She needed a routine and to build up her strength. Her ankle was a mess from the silver, but she could use her body weight from the other side. She didn't know what she could get away with, so she needed to be quiet. She started by testing how much slack she had. It was a decent length, and she could walk the room with it. So she started to walk the room like she was doing laps. She needed to build her endurance up. She got to 10 before she had to sit. She then got down on the ground and started to do some crunches and push-ups.
