Food from dripping down from a girl's head and everyone was murmuring. ~~~~~ Moments before ~~~~~ Ariana had walked into the cafeteria with her lunch box in her hands, she scanned the cafeteria for a place to sit and her eyes spotted an empty roll of chairs. She was new to Blink College of Education, she was a second-year student too. She had sparkling blue hair which matched her blue eyes, she was tall and 80% pretty. People found her weird and avoided her because of her hair, her father was the governor of Milan. She was an omega who had no wolf but inherited the power of a healer from her late mother.

She said softly. Just then, as we were about to walk away, one of the maids rushed towards me with fear evident in her eyes. "My Luna, your daughter Aria is missing."

Mrs Angela asked as she stared askance at Daisy Hunter. Glaring back at Mrs Angela, Daisy's countenance changes from happiness to a mixture of concern and bewilderment. "No, I'm Wade's fiancée," Daisy said, her voice laced with trepidation. "You…my son's fiancée?…aren't you his Secretary at the office?" "Yes, I am ma." Daisy Hunter replied, her gaze intent on Mrs Angela. Staring askance at Daisy, Mrs Angela's gaze was laced with venom. "This can't be." Mrs Angela said as she flung the door shut at Daisy's face.

And I smelled her. Lavender and soft soap. I didn’t look up at first. But the room stilled, and I could feel every hair on the nape of my neck standing erect. Arianna. She stood at the bottom of the stairs, her hands knotted together, her eyes red but fierce. She looked like someone who hadn’t slept in days. Like someone who carried the weight of the whole world on her back. “Ryker?” she said softly. I swallowed my bite and finally lifted my eyes.

I would need to keep an eye on things. Just as I was about to turn back to the guests, I felt a soft tug on my sleeve. I looked down to see a young girl, no older than ten, staring up at him with wide, curious eyes. I remember though I have forgotten her name. She had the same dark hair and sharp features as her mother, one of the pack’s most loyal members. “Alpha Damien,” she said, her voice timid. “One man said to give you this.” She held out a small folded note. I crouched down to her level, my expression softening as I took the note.

"What picture?" Anna sent Dalton the unedited picture that she saved on her phone hours ago. That sort of evidence would help her in case things go bad. "Well?" Anna said. "Explain." Dalton stared at the photo on his screen. "That is not Lara. She was a guest at that business party I was at." "So, were you looking for a Lara-alternative because she was not present herself?" Dalton erupted at that. "You have no right to say such things Anna! Let me remind you that I still haven't forgiven you for what you've done! And I'll let you know that I will NEVER insult Lara like that! She's irreplaceable."

I expected nothing less. Caliste ignored the exchange between the two women and moved on to the next person. “We have Alina Titterington. Adan and Lorelei’s daughter. She is still schooling and volunteers at the school library. Something her mother frowns on, of course. I just wish the lad would learn to stand up for herself a little more.” Alina smiled sheepishly and stepped forward, hugging Darana warmly. “You’re so pretty.” she said shyly and darana laughed.

Chapter 6 Scarlett POV On our drive back to the packhouse, I mind link Cayden to let him know that I’m on my way back and that Raul will be staying the night so that he can also meet with Bruno and my parents in the morning. I then mind link Aurora, the pack’s Head Omega, to let her know that Raul will be spending the night and to please make up a room for him on the Alpha floor. I know good and damn well that Raul will be sleeping in my suite with me—and frankly, Aurora probably knows it, too—but this way we can at least make it look that everything is platonic.

Her brothers walked out and shut the door behind them, leaving her in her cold room, with her damp tears collapsing in on themselves and her loud sobs that she kept to herself. 🌹 The tailors measured dutifully, whispering to themselves. They’d secretly give her pitying looks as if knowing the fate before her, but she caught those looks. If they thought they were sly, then she was James Bond. But it wasn't just them, though, all the maids, the guards, so-called henchmen, they all gave her those pitying looks. “Anaya,” She jerked furiously and accidentally knocked the tailor down,

she said and sit on her desk. "Amber, Celestia." I was about to stand up when I saw Celestia 2.0 go in the front. I almost forgot that I'm in Hilary's body. This event. I remember this event. "Congrats Hilary! She got the highest score of ninety-nine over a hundred!" Our teacher says before giving me the paper. I look at the paper and the score. I look at Celestia 2.0 but she avoids my eye contact.
