Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

"Oh, how could I forget? Foolish me. It was Sarah Aurora Morte." That made her step back and mutter, "Yeah, whatever." I turned back but couldn't shake off this weird feeling as I remembered she was talking about ice tea. That was Mason's special.

Crowding the room, then two men in black stood beside him, and before they could reach for him, he raised his hand. “Fine, I'm coming” he lifted himself and went out of the office. Kolein noticed the book again and shook his head. The book title was HOW TO RAISE A FIERCE CROCODILE. With a creased on his forehead, Aru slid the USB back to his pocket and went with them. “Why do we have to take them? Aren't we look like some bad guys with bad omen? I think two is enough, this much is a problem.” Aru said, upon realizing a parade of black suits behind them, and Kolein agreed with him mentally.

Sometimes our arms rub but its not the same. After ten minutes or so, Parker takes out a book. Hannah flips a few pages and shakes her head. “That’s a bit advanced for me. Even Scarlett’s books had really big words,” she says, closing it. I peer over to see what she’s got. “The Royal Guard of The Moon Goddess.”

I get out of the chair and jut my chin at him. “What’s that?” “Oh,” Archer looks in his hands. He runs a hand through his hair. He’s clearly uncomfortable. “It’s a – uh book on mates.” He looks back at me. “I was thinking about our conversation. Wanted to know more.” I can’t believe it but Archer actually seems a bit embarrassed to be holding the book “Oh,” I say. “That’s…nice. What did you find?” He raises the book slightly. “Not much that I didn’t already know,” He looks around the room. “There’s books in here from the 1700s. I was hoping they’d tell me something I don’t know or provide a different perspective. But nothing.”

"Oh my God, where should I start?" 'Mine is happy,' Ash whispered, and Duncan’s lips twitched slightly—barely. "Come with me," Duncan gestured, leading her further inside. "Oh my! Is that what I think it is?" Arianna gasped at the sight of a dark green leather-bound book—one she would recognize anywhere. "You know it?" Duncan arched a brow. "Yes, of course!" She tried to reach for it, but she wasn’t tall enough, so Duncan helped her. "Thanks," she smiled at him, then looked down at the book. "The Ballads of the Ancients."

That seemed to amuse the old woman if not delight her and she let out a bark of laughter, moving back to the seat she had been sat in moments before and gestured to both younger women to sit as well. "Open the window," Dagmar motioned to her niece as she pulled a packet of cigarettes from the pocket of her grey cardigan and fished a cigarette out. "Might as well get comfortable, this might be a long story." "Story is one way to describe it." Ursula grumbled as she reluctantly opened the window to let cool winter air in. "It's a myth that werewolves used to tell their pups at bed time." "But don't all myths come from some kind of truth to begin with?" Chloe asked curiously.
