The Arrangement

The Arrangement

Amber said as she scooted to the edge of the bed. She took her book along with her and immediately placed it back in front of her face. That way Grayson couldn’t see her shit-eating grin. She could hear him preparing himself as she pretended to read her book. He dropped the lube on the bed beside her, not even able to bring himself to touch her pussy with anything other than his cock. She turned the page on her book and didn’t even look at him as she spoke, “Oh that won’t be necessary. I took care of myself already. So by all means, precede sir.”

Arranged To Be His

Arranged To Be His

The only form of light in the dark room coming from the half-drawn curtain. He switched on the warm light by his desk, only to notice some things that were out of place. A faint shift in the carpet, the drawer not fully closed and the slightest trace of perfume that didn’t belong to him. Heira had managed to sneak out through the balcony just before the doors were opened.

The Second Arrangement

The Second Arrangement

She looked up. The man standing in front of her was tall, dressed in a perfectly tailored dark suit with a crisp white shirt underneath. His light brown hair was neatly styled but slightly messy in a way that made him look less formal. He carried himself with quiet confidence. He crouched down beside her and started helping her collect the scattered papers. Mia quickly reached for the pages closest to her, still looking embarrassed by the whole situation. “I’m really sorry about this again. You were probably on your way somewhere and now you’re stuck here helping me pick up my things.”

Arranged Marriage

Arranged Marriage

She's so loosing her job today. I arrived at her room and knocked. Her tiny voice ushered me in and I took a deep sigh before stepping in. This should be as brief as possible. She was actually on her bed reading a book. Hmph. Creepy maid. "Jeremy!!" She called accompanied with a surprise stare. I ambled to her bed and handed her the box containing an expensive perfume. It's rare and worth a lot!. She received it in shock. "Wow! Thank you Jeremy" She said checking the box like She've never seen anything like it.

The Proposal (Book 3 of The Arrangement series)

The Proposal (Book 3 of The Arrangement series)

Amber spilt the pile of papers in half and slid him his pile, “but that’s your stack and I got this one. Divide and conquer after all.” He grinned, “I’m going to need some more coffee.” “Make me another cup while you’re up.” He snorted, “You sure have the giving orders thing down.” She picked up another paper from her stack, “You’d better get used to it. Now chop chop. Don’t leave a pregnant lady waiting too long. And bring me those cookies Leo hides behind the oatmeal while you’re at it.” “Yes, my highness. Right away.”

Ruin Me, Master.

Ruin Me, Master.

Like it had held a thousand quiet thoughts. Once the desk was back in shape, she turned to the shelves. One by one, she began to return the books to their proper places. She remembered exactly how her aunt liked them arranged—by genre, not by title. Poetry on the left. History at the bottom. And fiction, always near the window. Her fingers moved over the covers slowly, brushing off dust, straightening spines. And as she worked, a soft memory slipped in—uninvited, but welcome. She was nine

“I’ve only gotten a bit over halfway through them. But yes, the ones I own I have read at least once, too.” She ran a loving hand lightly across the spines. “I was just admiring the way you organized them. Every other bookstore I’ve been in insists on displaying them in alphabetical order. It’s maddening. Don’t they know there’s a reading sequence involved here?” “I know, right?” Rick exclaimed. “You can’t read book one, then skip ahead to book twenty-three, you won’t know what the hell’s going on.” “Yes! Someone besides me gets it!” she smiled in triumph.

Whispers Beneath The Rain

Whispers Beneath The Rain

But something had changed within its walls. Or rather… someone had. **** Alex stood behind the counter that morning, carefully arranging a stack of books with a precision that bordered on obsessive. He paused halfway through, tilting his head slightly, adjusting one novel so that its spine aligned perfectly with the others. Then he frowned. Then adjusted it again. “You know,” a voice chimed from behind him, “if those books were any straighter, they’d start judging the rest of us.” Alex didn’t turn immediately, but the corner of his lips twitched.

Worthless to Priceless: The Alpha's Rejected Mate

V I searched for what felt like hours. The library was so confusing because nothing was labelled. Just when I thought I found the books on mating, I would see another one in a totally different shelf. It took me over an hour to realize that the books were arranged by the year they were written. The older texts were further into the library while the newer ones were closer to the entrance.

Please since this is probably the end of this book just take a week and finish it. you can be always write a sequel. but don’t leave your readers hanging a chapter at a time. I usually follow authors that i read but if you’re doing g this with all your books I will think twice. ps love this story.
Traci Hyndman Steele
This was such an amazingly interesting story. Right up until the end. Did you get tired of writing it? Were you unsure of where else the story was headed? I feel like things were going great and then <BAM!> brick wall. Epilogue… the end. So many loose ends left unanswered. Loved it regardless.

HER ARRANGED MARRIAGE

HER ARRANGED MARRIAGE

"At least I would know exactly what I injured myself looking at." I scoffed and faced forward. But I couldn't help but notice my cheeks been warm. I told myself it's the evening air but I knew it wasn't. I stopped when the garden came into view. There was a table at the centre covered in a deep cloth, two chairs dressed in matching fabric facing each other. Flowers had been arranged along the edges, real ones, their colours soft in the fading light. The whole thing was careful and beautiful and nothing at all like what I had been expecting.
