The liquid inside was a deep shade of blue, almost like the color of the ocean on a clear day. I turned to Jasper and frowned, "This doesn't look special to me. It's just a vial of blue liquid." Jasper chuckled, "Looks can be deceiving, kitten. That vial contains the essence of a rare and magical herb called moonshade. It's one of the most potent herbs in the world, and it's said to have incredible healing properties."

Iris “She’s been poisoned,” the doctor says, lifting up an empty cocktail glass with sapphire blue residue inside. My heart nearly stops. Poisoned? Who would poison Veronica? I glance at Arthur, whose face has gone pale. The crowd around us erupts into panicked whispers as the doctor leans closer to examine the glass. I think I hear someone calling the police, but I’m not certain over the sound of my pounding heart rushing through my ears. “This residue…” The doctor holds the glass up to the light, squinting as he turns it in his fingers. “It looks like Blue Hydrangea extract. Very rare, very potent.”

Halfway through, she started getting frustrated because she couldn’t find the right shade of blue; before she could say or even growl, Tj came to us holding a blue color. “They called this Sunset blue; it’s not too dark, but it’s not too light.”, he says then explains. “This is the color, now I just need to find, glow in the dark-” “I already have that.”, I answered, cutting her off. “Sweet! We just need to find our other friends!”, she says happily.

“Sebastian.” “Sebastian,” Seb smirked. “I like the way that sounds from you, Alexander.” “What? Don’t call me Alexander,” Alex laughed. “It sounds weird coming from you.” “Now that I think about it,” Seb said, moving even closer towards Alex. “Why in the world did you tell me your name was Blue? I get if you wanted to lie about your name but Blue just sounds so random so why Blue?” Feeling colour creep towards his cheek, Alex looked into Seb’s blue eyes. “It’s a secret.”

The cerulean blue Ashlyn had been cautiously applying to the walls of the guest room appeared darker than she'd thought. While it had initially seemed to boast a more turquoise hint in the paint store, now that she had applied it to the wall it appeared bolder. Stepping back to admire the newly completed wall, she took a bite of her peanut butter and jelly sandwich and smiled.

It was perfectly intact, without a single bruised petal. Harmer glanced at Michael, a smug grin on his face. “Impressive, isn't she? I’ll give her to you as a gift.” “What’s the catch?” Michael asked, finally playing along with the old man's game. “The mine behind your Realgar Mountain.” “The gold there isn't as plentiful as you’d imagine,” Michael countered. Harmer’s grin widened. “It’s not the gold I’m after. It's arsenic. The deposits must be massive if mined correctly.”

I skimmed over a few useless paragraphs, until one caught my attention. "It says here that his hair contains the elements: yttrium, indium and magnesium. His hair colour, as I guessed, is YInMn blue. Also known as mas blue or Oregon blue. It's makes up a chemical compound that was discovered a long time ago. This right here, has nothing to do with hair." So why does his hair have this? Only one thing filled my mind now as I looked at the metal wall and thought back to everything I've learnt so far.
