They hurried back to their seats. After that, I stopped forcing myself to adjust to unspoken social rules. I stopped trying to guess what people really meant. Some plan to escape when a very familiar voice draw me from my thoughts. “I see you still prefer my choice of clothing.” Relieve flood my body as I take in every word laced with humour as he teases me. I have already locked that voice into the back of my mind and marked it never to forget as I have thought that I will never see him again, but his whole demeaner changes when I turn to face him. “I will fucking rip his heart out and feed it to his fucking dogs!” Arthur must have seen worse than what my face must look like. But Morgana wasn't foolish, not unless she wanted to die. Already keeping an eye contact with her was a very wrong move a weak creature could make. She didn't say a thing to him, instead her mouth started moving. Arthur, unaware of what was about to befall him looked on in astonishment before he could react it was too late. The sorceress' lips pulled up into a mocking smirk as she mouthed “ foolish human." Arthur couldn't tell what was happening to him, his body refused to abide his command; he kept taking a step away from the beast until he moved to the opposite end of the room, near the closed window, and huddled there.

As he stopped his hands from feeling the wall. Arthur walked closer to them and stood beside the princess as he stared directly at the wall where the path should’ve existed. Arthur on the other hand started to giggle immediately dropping the book, leaning forward and backward with his hands on his chest and stomach pressing against his long-sleeved shirt. Tears formed in his eyes as his giggles became laughter that echoed throughout the large library. “You helped him, didn't you!! You helped him!!” He screamed.

But when I opened the door, my hope quickly turned into a mix of disappointment and something else I wasn't quite ready to acknowledge. It was Arthur. "What do you want?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady. He stepped inside, his expression annoyingly confident. "I'm here to apply for the role of your assistant." I couldn't help it—I burst out laughing. But Arthur didn't flinch. He was completely serious. "You're joking, right?" "Not at all," he said, his eyes locked on mine. "But what about your craftsmanship business? I thought that's what you were doing. What about the Moonlight Pack?"
