"It's fine. It's a pleasure to meet you, Isabel. I think we could be friends." I smiled. Being friends sounded great. With the way things were for me, friendship was all I was really suited for. Time was about up, so Timothy and I left the cafe together. The summer heat outside was brutal, and the sun blazed down. The moment we stepped through the door, my world suddenly started spinning. A loud roaring filled my ears, and my vision went black in waves. Right before I passed out, I thought I saw Cole. He looked anxious, and his lips were moving as if he were saying something.

He laughed "did you? Well I was just very worried about my princess, our last conversation didn't end so well." "I am not your princess, stay away from me!" I screamed. A nurse glared at me "you're shouting" she said in a low tone. I walked away into the restroom, I shut the door behind and sat on the toilet seat. "Mr.Chancy don't you know when a girl doesn't want you nor want anything to do with you?" I asked angrily. "That's not true Selena and you know it, you want me and you want a whole lot to do with me but you just don't want to accept it nor believe it" he said.

She wasn’t alone. The male beside her was tall and radiant in a way that made him hard to look at directly. A jagged scar carved down his cheek, stopping just above his lip. His eyes were wild, like a storm caught behind glass. Power clung to him in dangerous, barely restrained threads. He stepped closer to Seraphine, their foreheads nearly touching. They weren’t fighting. But they weren’t at peace either. I could feel it in the air between them. Tension, heartbreak, history. The kind that only comes from loving someone too much and for too long.

Xander asked with a dark laugh. “Let’s just say, I never trust a man who wears a mask. Especially not one who married the woman I despise the most.” There was a long pause. Xander swirled the glass of whiskey in his hand, his mind racing. “She’s pregnant,” he said quietly. Audrey smirked on the other end. “Even better. That just means she has more to lose.” “You’re insane,” Xander muttered. “No. I’m just someone who doesn’t like losing. And watching June fall from her little fairytale cloud will be the greatest show I’ve ever seen.”

Serena rubbed her wrist and slowly stood up. Gritting her teeth, she straddled Shawn without hesitation. Shawn's eyes lit up with surprise. "Well, well, I didn't expect you to be so bold. I like it." Suppressing her disgust, Serena reached out to unbutton Shawn's shirt. He leaned back slightly against the couch, his breathing unsteady, and squinted at her. "Hurry up!" Serena's gaze turned icy. Her hand slowly reached for the side table where an ashtray was placed.

Serena: Every inch of my existence was battered. My body throbbed, and my eyes were now dry from crying. When I woke up, I found myself beside an abandoned building of the dead pack. It took me a few minutes to even force my eyes completely open. But I still hadn't managed to move much since then. Quiet whimpers slipped from my lips whenever I tried to call for help. "Where is Serena? What did you do to her?" "What can I do to her? I don't love her enough. She is in the same room with me, and we are thrilled together." Asher curled his lips and shrugged casually. Asher scoffed and rolled his eyes. "You're always asking the most obvious questions." he remarked. "It's a new habit of mine." Sera replied. "What a sadistic habit." Asher muttered.
