Ash’s POV The roar of the clubhouse hit me before I even turned off my engine. Laughter, shouts and the sound of bottles clinking rent the air and for a moment, I wonder how they could easily fall back into their normal lives less than twelve hours after an attack. It was chaos the way I remembered it, but somehow louder and more… non challant. Inside, the air was thick with smoke and sweat. A few brothers cheered when they saw me, others nodded, their eyes sharp, reading me like they weren’t sure what version of Ash had come back.

Asher's P.O.V. I am Alpha Asher Martin of the Black Mountain Tribe, known as the Alpha Gamma. I am a beast, an animal, a ruthless predator. I belong to a pack that doesn’t adhere to humanity. A quad hybrid (werewolf, phoenix, vampire, and wizard), I know no mercy, am bloodthirsty, and punish those who err in my pack in a brutal manner.

Ashley was shocked when she saw her warriors being attacked and killed easily. "Who are they?"

The forest shook; dirt and decay burst upward. “These are the strongest werewolves?” I mocked. “Look what happens when you dare betray your queen.” I hurled fireballs at Tomas and John. They whimpered as the stench of burning flesh and scorched grass filled the air—thick, nauseating, clinging to my throat. “Crazy bitch,” Kaiden hissed, lunging at me—but I dodged effortlessly, his rage sharp and acrid. “Shift. Let’s finish them,” Asfar roared furiously.

Ash looked at the black leather straps across the warrior's chests, the dark blue uniforms that clung to their bodies, and the stoic expressions on their faces. It was hard to miss who a warrior was, especially the Alphas warriors- gruesome and violent at best but specialized killers with an unwavering thirst for blood were the norm. On the forefront of Ash’s thoughts was the fact that his father was on his way and if he found out the mess that they had piled around themselves, he would have more than a few choice words to say about it. But more than a scolding, Ash was worried about his father finding out about Lola’s anomaly.

Gideon said fearfully. Right at that moment, the future alphas and warriors of the other four packs arrived. Joe smiled when he saw his son and the warriors, now, let him see how thi young boy will cower at such army. The five packs of Eastwood may not be plenty but they are still formidable, especially their hidden ability of not being weakened by wolfsbane. “Who are you?” Laim asked. Asher glanced around him and at the army that has been formed for him and he scoffed before looking at the elderly men. “You think you can defeat me?” he raised an eyebrow.

"There's a huge war ahead of us. Not against any pack, but against creatures that prey on werewolves." Her eyes widen. "The Ashwalkers?" she asks, and I nod. Looks like she's heard of them. Ashwalkers are dead creatures with burnt flesh and hollow eyes. There's a myth that they are dead rogues who come back to life. No one knows what kind of magic caused their creation. But when they attack in a group, they can take down an entire pack.

The journey was long and tiring, but they finally arrived at the Claw pack. Upon arrival, the group was greeted by the pack leader, Kaida, who was a tall and imposing werewolf with jet black fur. Kaida welcomed them to the clan and expressed gratitude to Zemo by bowing to him for their assistance. The pack leader, Kaida, greeted the newcomers warmly but was also cautious. She wanted to ensure that the newcomers were indeed skilled warriors and mages before she could fully trust them. To test Silas's skills, she arranged for an ambush in the forest.

’ Asher snorted. I ended the mind-link as Asher came into view. He had shifted into his wolf, a large black beast that plowed through Vampire and Werewolf alike. Even with his large size, he moved with incredible speed and accuracy. Blood coated some of the other wolves' coats, yet none ceased their fighting. It seemed the Vampire King had deployed very little of his men on this attack, and used Luna Freya’s remaining men as the brunt force of the attack.
