Ashley told her that Alex was happy when they spoke and he remembered who she was. And at that moment her phone rang and she talked to Alex on the phone. The both of them were so happy to hear from each other. Ashley asked Alex whether he was with another woman or married but he replied that he was still single and was happy to hear from her after the last time they met.

I was behaving like a hormonal teenager around this guy. “Huh?” I stammered out. “I said I’m sorry,” he repeated himself with a huge smirk on his face. “It’s fine.
