Piper was in her bakery, surrounded by the warm aroma of freshly baked goods when her phone rang. She checked the caller ID and saw that it was Alex. Her heart skipped a beat as she answered the call. "Hey, Piper, how are you doing?" Alex asked. "I'm doing great, Alex. How about you?" Piper replied, trying to keep her cool. "I'm good too. I was wondering if you'd like to go out on a date with me this afternoon?"

Piper mumbled something in her sweet, childlike voice, which she never used when she was conversing with other people. Jack responded, "That's not what I asked you," to his question. "I came to apologize again," Piper said Piper found herself getting lost in Jack's typical fake smile, and she found herself wondering why he looks so perfect. Jack smiled as he always does. Jack told the other person, "You can go, my apology is accepted." "Appreciate it......" She had just begun speaking when the door suddenly opened and another whore entered. Before proceeding to speak to Jack, the whore rolled her eyes at Piper.

“I want absolute competence. Or are you incapable of keeping things in order?” The words slid under Piper’s skin. Her stomach tightened, a slow, sinking pull. Soon, Aakifahlynn watched Piper stroll toward her, smiling from ear to ear, a male partner in hand. He was a little taller than Aakifahlynn, about five feet eight inches, and a broad grin plastered his features. Aakifahlynn kept her gazes on their faces for now. The mole beneath the corner of her eye conveyed an alluring impression. She was the celebrated American songstress Piper Smith. "It's not often that we meet, so I don't mind waiting." Piper giggled, seeing that Jane was convinced, and said, "I was just joking, I haven't been here for long." Jane nodded, "I'm sorry, you're so busy and I still made you come out."

Piper raised her voice, unable to keep her excitement in check. Ivy breathed in and out before breaking it to Piper. " You might not believe it but I just met with Billionaire Alexander Grayson. Jack's boss!" Ivy completed. " That rich man? You what? How? When? Where?" Piper chirped in. She stopped what she was doing to listen to her.
