she asked and Alexa flinched at the mention of her brother. There was no denying her Aunt’s claim. She did everything in Lucian’s absence and all she could remember was something snapping in her. “You want proof? Tell her fireball,” Raelyn said taking a few steps towards the fire demon who cowered. “She speaks the truth,” the demon answered as he shifted uncomfortably in the air a few feet above the ground. “Your heart is black, Qistina,” the demon said and Alexa’s eyes whipped towards him. “After that night your heart is black. I don’t see the white glow anymore, your soul is black like that of the underworld,” the demon swallowed.

My wolf said ,she hated disrespect. I growled at his words, how dare him insult me, I could feel dark energy surroundings him and if I were to absorb them all then I will make myself weaker, the asshole doesn't deserve light. And if I'm to also snap his neck am sure his alpha wouldn't like that and take that as a threat and start a war which wouldn't be too good for me since I'm getting weaker by each seconds. "I am Alpha Emera Black, Alpha of the Black moon pack and beside me is Beta Christabel and Delta chole and we are here for the annual meeting arrange by the council elders." I said as calmly as I can without snapping his neck in return.

Ruby retorted. "And you're killing mine with your short skirt." Aleister responded leaning against the battle-ax and directing her a flirtatious smile. As he had said the witch was wearing a black crop top which exposes her violet bra strap paired with a purple outdoor short skirt while the demon wore a black t-shirt, camouflage pants, and combat boots making him look quite military. "Just get back to work." she deadpanned. "Got it boss." the demon saluted before walking off to cut down another pitiful tree.

Demons are parts of darkness, and sooner or later, it will claim me, unless I manage to remain human. They stopped at the scene that I had carefully prepared for them. A dead horse and a man in a black cloak lying on his back. Of course, there was nothing under the cloak, but who would check? So, who'll go first? Ah, too bad I don't have a crossbow. Whatever. I'll manage. Especially since they stopped right where I wanted them to. I sized up the situation for the last time. All right, here we go! A daring leap into the center of the squad, and I landed right behind one of the pursuers. These shaven-headed beasts should not exist in my world. Demon's blood sang a battle cry in my veins.

The air tornado around me calmed down and disappeared, but my chest was still heaving as I looked at Lucius in disbelief. “I was bound to kill him, Patrea. I just made it sooner.” He said this as our eyes locked, his orbs still blazing red. “Don’t judge me, Patrea.” “You don’t understand, Lucius.” “What do you mean?” “He’s not Alastor,” I said in a throaty voice. My throat felt so dry. “What?” Lucius’ forehead creased as his gaze shifted back and forth between me and the dead demon on the ground. “This demon is covered with black magic, so black that I couldn’t breathe while I tried to reach the source of the magic.”

Ban: What is the meaning of this? Lisa: I don't really know either. But this is where your story started. Before this I don't know who came and brought you here. Who are your real parents and according to the priest who was here. He found a piece of paper that has your name on it. But what was really weird was this. When your parents took you the priest gave you to them in a blanket. But when you were on that entrance. You were wrapped not in a blanket but a black overcoat and the paper was in one of the overcoat pockets. And there is only one demon who was really known for wearing a black overcoat. Ban: Lucifer Avereza.

Jasmine was approaching with Aeron. "The dark," Ivory finally uttered, causing me to frown. "This is the Acquillonian Dark; it's a protective blanket," Ivory explained hastily. Just then, Rukky arrived in her nightgown, her appearance betraying a weight loss that I couldn't quite discern the reason for.

"I'll stay with you until then. I owe you a lot for my rescue, so I'll stay by your side until it's time for me to go home." "Well let's get into the car before my demon comes back," I told him. He growled then. "That demon is trouble. He's Calix, Insanity's Demon. He makes crappy deals," he warned me then looked towards the woods. "He's scum...." He looked back at me then smiled happily before he glowed and the cloak fell to the ground. He poked his little white fox head out from under it then shimmed out from under it before he ran up to me and sat at my feet. "I think I'll stay like this though for now... so I can be closer to you. I'll tolerate this form for now... and I don't want your

“If I told you of a demon that was an oily black lump, with a haze of distortion around it’s mass. It’s voice makes the ground tremble…I know of nothing like that from my studies but I have been assured of its existence.” This time the small porcelain cup shook in her wrinkled hand and her smile dropped. “Does it have a name?” Racking my brains I tried to remember. “It rhymes with that weird orange plant-“ “Bergamot?” she clipped, as her wolf came to the fore. Her milky, placid eyes suddenly took on a rich green hue as she searched herself for answers. “Yes, it rhymes with Bergamot, one hundred percent.” “That is not a Foxton demon,” she said with a shake of her head. I will double check our

the demon countered, pouting grotesquely. “My answer is still no,” I spat out. “Are you, really, sure?” The demon gave me one last chance, its black eyes gleaming with malicious anticipation. My silence was all it needed. “Very well,” the demon said, its voice dark and final. It raised its arm, and an altar appeared out of the thin black smoke. Upon it rested ancient bones. My breath caught in my throat. I hadn’t expected this at all. Anything else, I was prepared for, but not this. The horror in my chest tightened, but I couldn’t look away from the altar.
