He asked but Lia didn't respond. "Lia Loren, age 17 from Triton," Leo said deeply, emotion practically undetectable in his tone but upon examining his face, I could see it deep and repressed. "The Alpha's sister..." Haden said, getting a proper look of her. "Nice to meet you, Lia. I'm Haden."

I took a step back, glancing from Zyran to his beta. The two are an unbeatable duo. It was rumored that Astrid paralyzed the former beta after manipulating him and offered herself to serve the Alpha King.

Astrid shouted, her voice cutting through the tension like a knife. I froze in my tracks, my anger simmering as I turned back to face her. “Pardon?” I demanded, my voice edged with disbelief and fury. “I, ASTRID SAFIYA, LUNA OF THE RED MOON PACK AND ALPHA OF THE BLUESTONE PACK, HEREBY BANISH YOU FROM EVER SETTING FOOT WITHIN THE PACK’S BORDERS,” She declared bluntly, her tone authoritative and firm. Her words stung like a blow, and a bitter scoff escaped my lips as I stormed toward her, my rage barely contained.

“I am Ulric Easton, My Lady.” I just nod at him and turn my gaze to the adolescent man beside him. Unlike Butler Ulric, he has a pair of icy blue eyes that are faultlessly matched to his brushed up icy blue hair. “And you are?” I said while studying his whole being. He just took a glimpse at me and give a timid smile. “Please state your name, age, and mageia.” “My name is Mather Parveen, but you can call me Matt, Lady Adhira. I’m 17 years old, an Ice Elementalist and agility enhancement is my ability.” He said and slightly bow his head.

Biting my lip in concentration. "I think I'm done," I say, his face is outstanding better already. Patching itself together as though nothing happened. He doesn't move, "you're beautiful." I flush. Looking down and picking at my cracked nails. "Stop." Chris merely smiles, "You are Andrea. And I'm going to remind you every chance I get." I fumble to words, to any response. I've never considered myself beautiful. My almost platinum blonde hair was weirdly natural and my blue eyes where so light they sometimes seemed to reflect clouds. But beautiful? No.

I sneered at him, trying hard to disregard the fact that we are infact only inches away from fucking each other just now. "Oh." He chuckles before doing that lip bite again. "I wasn't aware you had the guts to tease me like this, Scarlett." Scarlett? The hell is he calling me right now? "My apologies, but you seemed to have mistook me for somebody else." I rush to tidy my clothes in attempt to leave and yet my actions and choose of my words remains irritating him. He grabs me by the arm but I was fast to dodge his touch. "What gives you the right to touch me- the Luna of the Wolves, you mere Lycan?" I looked down on him coldly.

This would mean that Selene had staged the whole show, and people would stop worshiping her and start hating her once again. After figuring out everything, Astrid smiled wickedly, “Selene, you still have no idea who you are dealing with. I am Astrid, and it is not that easy to defeat me. You wanted to play the hero, right? Then I am going to make sure that your heroic act turns into your worst nightmare.”

Astrid found the Women’s Etiquette class to be as bad as she feared and her thoughts meandered as Mrs Bellmar repeated the ‘women are servants’ speech again. She is Princess Astrid Nara Katrall, the true heir to the Kaltharian throne. Does she really want to be a Queen? People have sacrificed their very lives and outlawed themselves permanently for her.
