Athena And Poseidon Novels & Stories

Creed Athena went to take a shower, I suddenly remembered the business card Jethro gave to me. I looked at the laundry basket but it was empty. Shit! I didn't take the card out of my pocket. I raced to the laundry room and I saw the card lying on the floor. I was glad Athena didn’t wash it with my clothes. The doorbell rang and I went to get the door, Aubrey showed up with swollen eyes. Aubrey is Athena’s best friend.

She smiled at me with a relieved expression on her face. Combining all their heavenly presence, I felt intimidated at the same time, in awe. Who would have imagined that I would get to meet the legendary gods? For some reason, my heart skips a beat while looking at each one of them like I have known them my whole life. It’s weird to say I feel at ease with their majestic presence. What baffled me was I recognized them all. There was Apollo, Hera, Athena, Ares, Aphrodite, Demeter, Dionysus, Hermes, Poseidon, and the high and mighty—Zeus—who was seated in the center.

“The Fates were silent, the Moirai refused to speak…! Even Hecate’s dogs went still. You left no trace.” Now curious, I battled my body out of bed and crept closer to the door, blanket wrapped around me. Ani had killed Poseidon – the God of the Sea? Seeing as I’d heard stories about the prick, I couldn’t help but cheer. That was what you got for raping an innocent young girl! But then again, I also knew that Poseidon had done a lot of good for the humans and especially sailors, as he’d been their protector... I peered around the door frame and saw them. Nyx was lounging across a silver couch, her hair like a river of ink spilling down the floor. Ani sat on a chair across from her, sprawled i

The one with the red eyes speaks as I watch Asteria clutch him. “Brother, let’s not threaten the dog.” The other man speaks and they all chuckle at me. “Hades, now, now. He is her mate.” Poseidon says and my eyes widen as the god smirks at me as he whispers something to Asteria. “Asteria, we will help you, but you need to stop this war.” The woman speaks and we all wait to hear what Asteria will say. “Athena, you know as well as I do. That I have to do this.” I look at Athena and she shakes her head.

“I wager 100 souls on Selene,” Dionysos laughs, seeing Iris getting ready for her party. “I wager 60 souls on Selene,” Pan plays his flute. “I believe in Poseidon,” Hera winks at him. “I wager 2000 souls for Poseidon to win.” Penelopeia and Leto giggle at Hera’s folly. Dionysos laughs his drunker laugh. “My dear, sweet Hera, I will see your wager, 2000 souls that Selene has finally beaten Poseidon.”

Soon the narrow path ended and it looked like they were in the middle of nowhere. "What is this place" her dad said as the looked around . "I'm confused also" she replied looking at the vast empty space. "Well well well" The almighty one said with a small clap as he walked to stand behind them. Shocked , they turned to face him immediately. "Look who we have here!" He said with a smirk. "If it isn't the Elected one" He added , Athena's brow creased as she stared at him. Athena's POV "If it isn't the Elected one!" The weird guy in front of us said and my brows creased in confusion .

Poseidon only did it for friendship. Fates only knows if he has ever laid with a woman. “This is the opportunity for you,” Hera and Athena's heated stares on my back comforted me. As heated as those stares were, I knew they only expressed concern for my forcefulness to Poseidon. “To know that you ended him, and he will never manifest again,” I turned, pointing to the rest of the gods. “To any of them,” I said louder.

Clubs were like my second home, but my head was filled up to even admire the place. "Wait." I told them and they stopped. "It is too late to back out of this Athena," Karol said angrily. I rolled my eyes and looked at Mateo. "You said it yourself, we don't know who we are facing..." Mateo interrupted me. "He is a very dangerous man, he rules the underworld and is..." "Enough! Do not tell her." Karol growled at him and Mateo glared at him. "Why can't he tell me?" I asked him angrily.

“Want to send me back?” She laughs. “Venus, Jupiter, and Mercury have already begged. I’m sorry Colton you are dead.” “Amanda isn’t done asking,” I tell her. “Neither am I. After everything I had to do to get her, and her to have me, I’ll get back to her.” The goddess looks at me with a coy smile, “you think you are more powerful than a goddess?” “I know that Venus, Jupiter, Mercury and Jove aren’t regular wolves. Athena, Hera, Zeus, Oden. Do you think we didn’t pay attention in school?“ I ask.

Poseidon looked at his brother with disgust before he pointed at Apollo. “Your son is hiding her behind his back.” Poseidon answered sarcastically that Zeus's brows shot up. “What are you doing here? If you’ll avenge your wife---” “No!” Zeus even shook his head. “I am here to comfort Eleena.” Eleena has been dying due to curiosity so she removed Apollo’s hold to her and peeked. She was surprised to see Zeus and another stranger that looks exactly like him but his eyes are piercing blue, like the sea. Zeus’s smile and Poseidon’s smirk returned when they saw the innocent mortal. Apollo just sighed and stood closely to Eleena with his sword still on his side.
