Tortured Soul

Tortured Soul

To my surprise, the demon laughed and the spat a black sticky substance at the soul. The black substance stopped within the soul at the area the heart used to be. The soul tried to get it out but it couldn't. I looked at the demon and it breathed in and then out. Suddenly blood started piercing out of the demons jaw and it stared directly at the place where the black substance was. It was only then I had realized the kind of demon I had summoned. This is a demon that create something in a human's soul, that little hope, that little good, and then when the humans are happy, it would squeeze down to bits what that human loved the most.

My Professor Is My Alpha Mate

My Professor Is My Alpha Mate

Lila’s POV Hazel instantly knelt to the ground and bowed her head low in respect to the guardian. The rest of us did the same. The guardian, Aura, scanned us with her beautiful blue eyes with an expression unreadable, yet filled with serenity. She was beautiful and fierce at the same time; it was almost intimidating and difficult to look at her for an extended period of time. “Guardian of Earth, thank you for coming,” Hazel said, speaking in a tone that was low and direct. “You have summoned, we have come,” Aura said, looking down at Hazel. “Tell me, daughter. Why have you summoned—” Her voice broke off and she looked off in the distance at nothing particular, as if something had just called

After leaving a review for the "prequel" to this I realized I never reviewed this book!! I really love this book, and how much you can really feel for the characters and the amount of unexpected turn of events is extremely intriguing and captivating (I'm usually good at predictions lol).Must read!

Readers can’t honestly engulf in the story. Although we appreciate the author, only 1 chapter is uploaded PER DAY with a 1-2 minute read. It’s frustrating when you’ve breezed through a book, and are so hype for it, & all of the sudden hit a wall. The stop & go is upsetting not suspenseful. Loses us.

Luna of the Lost Bloodline

Luna of the Lost Bloodline

The air still trembled where Aria had vanished. The mark she left behind pulsed in the shape of a burning sigil, its twin halves rotating around one another — two shards of a soul that no longer belonged to either life or death. Auren stood beneath it, his hands shaking, his heart refusing to accept the silence. “She’s still here,” he whispered. “I can feel her… above us.” Kael raised his gaze toward the sky where the halo had become an open wound in the heavens. A new light poured through it — a golden storm, vast and terrible. Within its depths something coiled and moved, ancient as the first howl, immense as creation itself.

Love and deceit

Love and deceit

🌹 Aurora 🌹 The sound of water dripping echoed through the damp, cold dungeon. The air was thick, heavy with the stench of decay and mildew. Aurora’s body ached, every muscle screaming with the strain of her restraints. But the worst of it wasn’t the pain—it was the endless uncertainty. She had no idea how long she’d been here, how many hours or days had passed since Victoria’s revelations. All she knew was that her resolve, her will to hold on, was being tested in ways she hadn’t imagined.

Revenge Of My Four Alpha Mates

Revenge Of My Four Alpha Mates

Black veins pulse beneath their skin like parasitic worms; their eyes are hollow pits of nothingness. But where is my mate? Sabastian? Teddy? The air splits open with a deafening CRACK as darkness slams into fire; the collision sends shockwaves through my suspended body. Through the hellish glow, two silhouettes clash in a brutal fight, both hoping to land a clean strike for the final blow. Aurora. Crumpled on the grass like a discarded doll, her chest barely moving. My soul screams. She can’t be dead. I’d feel it—our bond would shatter, tearing me apart from inside. Why isn’t she moving?

The Mafia's possession

The Mafia's possession

who in return nodded with a sigh Arte Sylvia was the name that Aurora uses to receive her remuneration when she accomplishes her task as ‘Black Lotus,’ and so both girls started discussing the information about the apartment that Aurora desires. Victoria left shortly after they were done. Aurora looked at the door that had just closed before lying back down and imagined how her target, if she didn’t take a look at the face of her target, would really be forgotten. Her eyes stared at the ceiling aimlessly until her beautiful blue eyes closed, and she fell asleep. She woke up the next morning, and just as she was about to get out of bed, her hand touched something soft, different from the shee

The Descendants - Rise of the Reaper Army

The Descendants - Rise of the Reaper Army

“If we can distract it long enough to perform the ritual we can send it back to Hell.” Aurora’s mind raced. There had to be a way. “I have an idea, but I need a connection to the earth.” “There...” Armain pointed to an overturned planter that had spilled dirt across floor. “I don’t know if that will work. I’ve never tried it without touching the actual earth.” “We don't have a choice child,” Lucius told her. “Just do your best.” Aurora dropped and crawled across the floor. When she reached the fallen planter she buried her hands in the dirt and prayed her call would be answered. The Council joined hands and Melloch roared. Within moments a wild wind blew in from the forest.

The Royal Vampagon Hybrid

The Royal Vampagon Hybrid

Roderick shifted back and walked over to the rouge holding the little girl and snatched roughly out of his jaws, taking her flesh as he did, not caring she was crying and in agony. Within seconds my aura engulfed me and then slammed out of me. I howled with the enormous amount of engery and emotion it dispersed itself with. I was glowing and everything was glowing around me too forcing those in front of me to shift back into their human. My aura was a bold green the colour of life on this earth meaning I had be reborn into this body waiting for him to grow up and awaken me.

Allure

Allure

Emilia shot back just as I heard a sharp scream from outside. "What was that?" Sara questioned. "Aaron! Why isn't this thing moving?" I yelled at the rider. Silence! I angrily flipped the curtain blocking the outside world and was caught by the gruesome sight. Aaron was a bloody mess of blood and bone. The horses were unusually calm but my senses said otherwise. I looked into the distance and cloaked into the darkness was a pair of blazing orange irises and crimson-stained canines. I immediately regretted my decision. The girls trembled at the sight and almost immediately, Emilia jolted out.
