Aurora The morning sun crept through the curtains like a silent witness to the storm that had raged within them all the night before. Aurora stirred under the covers, her limbs aching not from physical exertion, but from the weight of the choice she had made during the loyalty challenge. We’ve all lied, haven’t we?” Her eyes landed on me again, pinning me in place. “And you, Piper… you’re not exactly an angel either.” I clenched my fists. “I never claimed to be. But I never destroyed people’s lives for fun.” Aurora chuckled, turning slightly toward the exit. “Well, consider this your lucky day, Mrs. Archer. I’m not here to destroy anything. I just came to remind you to stay out of my way.”

Just as I was about to fall to the ground with a squeak, I lost my balance on the chair and was saved by muscular arms. As the door opened halfway and a girl fell out from behind it, Alex, on the other hand, was frightened. "What was she doing here now? I thought I saw her yesterday night shading tears and she ran off when she saw me," he said, realizing that the girl was Aurora. She appears to be feeling better today," I mused to myself. She was closing her eyes as though she was bracing herself for the blow when she hit the floor. I was drawn to her lips and her immaculate skin.

Bright light burst out from me, clear and so bright it hurt the eyes, pushing away the bad stuff that almost took over me. Ryder stepped back, covering his eyes from the strong light. When he took his arm down, the proud and happy look on his face was gone, and he looked completely shocked. “That can't be,” he whispered. “No one has ever resisted it before.” I rose to my feet, my body once again my own. The Moon Goddess's power flowed through me, stronger than ever before. “I am Aurora,” I declared, my voice ringing with power. “Luna of my Pack, daughter of the Moon Goddess. And you, Ryder, have no power over me.”

'D-Drake. Someone called him again, but then he realized that Emily was calling him. His jaw clenched as he faced the hunters. "You're ungrateful, human! You dare to hurt that unwanted Luna—the stray?" he roared. The hunters moved backward as Drake suddenly shifted into a wild werewolf. His eyes turned red. "Unwanted, Luna? Stray?" The hunter scoffed as his men laughed soundly. "She's not unwanted. She's a Luna who will carry your heir, but before that, I will kill you first, and then, she'll follow you."

The other stayed in the hotel but Aurora was adamant about coming with me. Some men shot at me from the roof so I hid behind my car and shot back, watching some of the men falling from the roof. I wondered who sent them and why, but for me to get information from them, I had to be alive. "Watch out!" I heard Aurora's shrill scream and turned around to see her running towards me while holding the hem of her dress. I wasn't quick enough to stop her as she stood in front of me the same time the shooter fired a shot at her. My eyes burned as she fell to the ground with blood oozing out from her stomach.

Auria said with all the seriousness in her voice. “Why not file a case to the police?” Jack replied, taking the paper from Azrick’s hold and reading it once more. Auria shook her head and said, “no, I want things done efficiently and with as little involvement as possible. And through research and asking around, I figured that you two are the one fit for the job.” Auria opened her mouth to say more things but redacted, instead, holding a hand towards Azrick and Jack as she introduced herself. “I am sorry, I forgot to formally introduce myself. I smiled back but I honestly didn’t want to see her today. Aurora approached Archer with a stack of papers for him to sign. I stood nearby, feeling a knot form in my stomach as I watched her interaction with him. Despite my best efforts to hide it, I couldn't help but notice the way she avoided making eye contact with me, her demeanour tense and guarded. Archer glanced up from the papers, his brow furrowing in concern as he noticed Aurora's downcast expression. "Is everything alright, Aurora?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.
