Arianna: I put Ray inside the crib beside Alina. I wrapped my hands either side of the rail as I looked at the two children. Ray whimpered, and I could tell that he was missing his mom. Whatever was happening, I knew that it was bad; otherwise, the house wouldn’t be as tense and my wolf wouldn’t be on high alert. The nursery’s door was knocked before I turned around to open it. My eyes met Kai’s and he took a deep breath before I took a step back, allowing him inside.

They share the same mother but different fathers." Rayne says and I gasp.
