It’s all about faith. °°° The story ends here. Thanks for reading. Follow me on my I*, and get to know about my next book which is about their kids. Also, read my another book Beta Nocholas. It's a werewolf romance. Thanks again :)

"I know." Reese lifted his leg and knocked my buttocks with his knee. I gave him a pat on the arm for it, but before we could really start fighting - not that we ever did - a man in his early thirties stepped out from between the cubicles and came up to us smiling. He wore glasses and had his hair cut so short that I couldn't tell whether it was dark blonde or brown. He seemed to have a slight posture, which he hunched a little, but wow, the muscles that were visible under his sweater certainly didn't come from chilling on the couch. "Hi." He nodded to me and held out his hand to Reese. "I'm Anton Faust and you have to be Reese Tack, the Venator from the guild in Berlin."

Silence lingered between them. The rest of the flight was quiet as Kevin sat in another seat at the back busy signing documents and discussing business matters while Emma read a book and intermittently looked out the window watching the scenery below and sometimes stealing a glance back at him and caught him looking at her. After an hour, Kevin walked to her, checking on her as she drifted off to sleep. The leather-bound book she was reading lay open on her lap, the words written on its open page clearly visible; “If I know what love is, it is because of you!" Kevin smiled and then put the book aside. There was no lie in it.

Two Years Later... In the familiar, dense forest, the night was at its height; the creatures of the dark were out for their hunts, and the creatures of the dawn were either hiding or sleeping in their shelters. A shadow emerged from the trees, walking towards a place that was forbidden to many people and creatures. The shadow lurked towards its destined location. He stopped at a sudden spot in the forest. A ruined building that no one can even doubt can be a dungeon. "Open the door." It was an order. The two men came out from the dark. They bow down to him then proceed to open the door with an old key. Two guards opened a rusty door, and the door made a creaking sound.

"I can think of a few Elixirs to make with them." "No way!" Four put the seeds away quickly. "They are mine you greedy girl. In fact, I am going to plant them now." Four excused himself and scampered away quickly. "Hehe, that was interesting." Ren chuckled and looked at Two. "Alright show me your work." "Right." Two pulled out some things from a regular storage pouch, two rolled-up pieces of paper, and a handwritten book. "This is all I was able to learn." Regular Storage Pouch was able to store everything. But due to it not specially designed for certain things, deterioration happens faster to most items.

And trust me when I say—Book 2 is going to be about survival in ways that will make Book 1 look like a warm-up. Because here's what I need you to understand: We're only getting started. Book 1 was about Ivy finding her place in a world that didn't want her. Book 2? Book 2 is about Ivy TAKING her place and burning down anyone who tries to stop her. It's about Ares proving that he's not just some control freak with a hero complex—he's a man who will literally take a bullet for a child that isn't even his because he loves that child's mother beyond reason. It's about Lucas learning that sometimes the world is scary and unfair but his mama is ALWAYS going to fight for him.

I hope to see you in my next book 😚 Update: March 2025 Book 2 is now available and loaded as next chapters. Hope you continue their journey through Michael and Amy!!!
