Arch Enemies

Arch Enemies

Marlene asks, getting more and more excited. “No, she created a gorgeous wave of colored light that ranged the color of the rainbow. Then she tapped it, and a bunch of lights began floating. The sprites were able to pick the color they liked most. Even my stoic Alpha thinks they’re pretty,” Quinns says, smiling at her mate who just shrugs, a smile tugging at his lips. “Oh please, Reyes, say we can go soon,” Marlene begs. “We can go soon, love,” he says tolerantly.

This was such a creative, well thought out book, and there was definitely something special about Drake and Leanas story. Absolutely loved reading this. Super excited for what’s to come! As always, fantastic job author :)
Liliana
This was one of my favourite books! I was just a wee bit disappointed in Lily and Leana having had ONLY 2 and 3 children each, being that they’re living forever. But well, I still loved Leana’s and Drake’s story a lot!!

Chosen by the Tyrant Alpha as A Surrogate

Chosen by the Tyrant Alpha as A Surrogate

I turned back to the mirror one last time, straightening the oversized uniform that hung off my frame like a sack. The gray fabric was coarse against my skin, designed to hide any hint of a figure beneath. I tugged at the hem, pulling it lower, making sure nothing showed. “You can do this, Irene.” I whispered, nodding to myself. “Just one more night and this nightmare will end.” "Irene! Are you deaf?" My jaw clenched. I grabbed the white serving cap and shoved it over my butchered hair, tucking away the uneven strands. "Coming!" I snapped, jerking the door open.

The human queen

The human queen

Their dresses billow behind them like banners caught in wind. Kiana trips slightly but catches herself, laughing instead of complaining. Always laughing. Always shining. I watch for a long moment, letting her happiness settle inside my chest like warmth. Then I push it aside. Happiness alone will not protect her. I must act. Arven’s name has lingered in my mind for weeks now. He is noble. Strong. From a family whose loyalty to our kingdom has never wavered, even in the darkest years. More importantly… He is kind.

CONQUERED

CONQUERED

She asks, noticing my devious smile. "You can't let Alexander Echi return to your life, because you are patiently waiting for Mr Chike Eze, right." "Gosh! Girl you are crazy." She replies jokingly. "I'm not thinking of accepting Chike back. He is history now and nothing is going to change that." "Keep telling yourself that and maybe one day you will be able to believe that." She taps my shoulder lightly. "Those were my words, Iris." "And who said I couldn't borrow them."

Likaya's Wolves: The Suha Marshes

Likaya's Wolves: The Suha Marshes

The man wearing the Lieutenant’s uniform had what appeared to be seven combat badges stuck to his left breast. “Colonel Xerxes, delivering assigned Captain Aster Likaya. Sir!” Jovin announced himself, snapping a crisp salute which Aster replicated. The old Orsim bore no expression on his face, only a blank stare that seemed as pale as the white scars that sat on his green skin. But what Aster found strangest of all, was the lack of any clan markings on the man.

Queen Alpha

Queen Alpha

It looked really cute. “That looks perfect for my right-hand woman.” I said nonchalantly. Tora looked at me in shock. “Are you serious? You want me as your right hand?” “Dead serious! Jax was the King’s right hand and top warrior, and now he’s my top warrior and most trusted advisor for all things lycan. If you guys are going to be mates, then I need someone to help litigate with inter-species conflicts. Who better than you for that?” I shoved a fork full of pancake in my mouth and then smiled at her.

Great read! Especially for a new author. Interesting story that kept me engaged. Loved the slow introduction of characters that allowed me to get to know each one. However, if you are looking for steamy bedroom scenes, you will find this lacking.

Stripping the CEO

Stripping the CEO

Andre had stood as well, confronting the man on equal footing. Viscount chuckled deeply, a low venomous laughter which was followed by a loud slamming of his palm against the table. "I ignored you for years because you were just a boy, but you're fucking thirty now! I refuse to believe that all that digging of yours didn't get you information that my father designed the original prototype of the first device released by Quinn Corporation. What? You weren't fucking aware that the logo was once VQ; the VisQuinn corporation?"

The Hidden King

The Hidden King

I shifted in the vehicle away from Guardian Torus. My voice was low as a whisper. "What? What do you mean Head Guard Aquant is here? Are you sure it's him?" Head Guard Aquant hated humans. He thought they were fragile beings who were too weak and heartless. Not to mention the views he had about Marvelon. There was no way he would come to land. Not now anyway, not when the Kingdom was in danger. He was never one to ignore his duties.
