Avengers Fanfiction Peter Stopped By Security Novels & Stories

“It better be true ‘cos the time I find out that you are both in this together, your mind will not only skip, Leonard, your heart will stop.” Peter got up and walked close to the Leonard whispering something Olivia couldn’t hear into his ear before Leonard stepped back a bit and shook his head vigorously. 'I’m going to stop here for now for the sake of my daughter. The next time I see you and you don’t have that thieve in your grasp? I will decorate these office walls with your brain. You would love that, wouldn’t you?' That was what Peter had whispered into Leonard’s ear. “I’m glad we have an understanding.” Peter shoved his hands into his pocket. “Time to go, hon.” He said looking towards

But seeing these people down below now wasn’t what Adrian had expected at all. “I think we’ve got a situation right now,” Adrian said. And just as he spoke those words, the roaring of engines grew louder as more men arrived. The sound didn’t fade—it multiplied. Even Peter could now hear it clearly. “Wait… does that mean the security covering this whole place has found out about everything and come here for us?” Peter’s voice edged with panic. From his point of view, he could already imagine how large the security force would be, and he tried to calculate how many of them could be here right now.

Peter muttered, his eyes flashing with a sudden, dangerous heat that I hadn't seen since we were teenagers fighting over code rights in Palo Alto. "I'm not letting you near her," I said, my grip tightening until his fingers went numb against the laptop frame. "You’ve done enough, Peter. You drafted your contracts, you ran your models, and you turned my family into a battlefield. You are not going to use your security teams to lock her up again." "You don't understand the scope of the threat—"

Peter staggered for a while before he managed to steady himself. Susie gave Peter a death stare as she gave the security guards on the film set an order, "From now on, don't ever let these two people in here again! Damn it! They’ve completely ruined my mood to film today!" The security guards responded, "Yes, Miss Sheen!" By then, Serenity knew that they had come for nothing today, but just as she was about to tell Peter it was time to leave, she noticed the man staring intently at Susie, who was now stomping away.

I stated pulling away from Baxter slightly which I could tell he loathed but also couldn’t deny what I said about the others. With one last smile to Baxter, I leave his arms and begin to make my way out of my office and into the main section of the building, which was now completely empty due to Richard calling the others into a meeting. Gesturing for the security to let him go for a minute, Peter takes his chances and begins to run towards me as though I was some prized trophy he was about to win. But the moment he went to wrap me in his arms like he had done so many times in the past, arms that I once felt so safe and loved in, I take a step back crossing my own arms over my chest and look

“The guys are playing DnD in there right now, I think. ‘Overtime.’” “Amazing,” laughed Jane. “See you around.” “See you. Have a good night.” Raven heard Peter literally exhale as they left the manager behind them. The man was so tense he would break in half, she thought, if anyone tapped him on the shoulder right now. This wasn’t good. Jane was holding her own—but Peter could be a problem. And that was when the two security guards approached from down the long hallway, walking quickly in their direction. “Peter,” hissed Jane, barely moving her lips. “You’re up. You know them, right?”

Anna's POV Peter shifted uncomfortably, his professional demeanor cracking under my scrutiny. "Miss Shaw, Mr. Murphy specifically asked me not to worry you with unnecessary details." "I'm already worried," I snapped, gesturing at his injured arm. "Spill it. Now." He sighed in defeat. "Mr. Murphy wasn't attacked. He's completely fine." Relief flooded through me so intensely my knees nearly buckled. "He wasn't hurt?" "No, Miss Shaw. Mr. Murphy is uninjured." Peter's voice softened slightly. "He didn't want you to know because he thought you'd blame yourself, given that he was out getting your favorite dessert."

His touch was firm, grounding me when my legs threatened to give way. "Stay close, Jennifer," he murmured, his breath hot against my ear. A few men emerged from the shadows, men who looked like Ivan with hard eyes and hidden blades. They didn’t speak, they just moved with a silent, terrifying efficiency, transferring bags and crates into a battered, muddy pickup truck parked in the center. "Is my father really safe?" I asked, grabbing Ivan’s forearm. I needed to hear it again. I needed him to swear it. Ivan stopped, turning fully toward me. In the flickering light of the warehouse, the scars on his neck seemed more prominent, a map of a life I could barely fathom.

I stroked the hairs on his chest while I said, “I’m afraid, William. I fear not surviving the shift.” He sighs, as he said, “I know, doll. We all share the same fear. That’s why Peter and Parker didn’t want to come. They were afraid of his reaction to seeing you in so much pain. They were afraid of what they would do if they saw you suffer. I can manage my emotions better than them.” Concern washed over me as I said, “Are they sheltered?” “They’ll be fine, doll. Part of the guard stayed with them, protecting Maddie. Our men are also taking care of them.”

I was too focused on what lay ahead, whatever that might be. When we got to a secluded place, behind an old building that seemed empty, Peter paused, and checked his watch. “Wait here, I need to pee.” He said, but his voice trembled. He seemed scared. “Okay,” I shrugged. After waiting for what felt like minutes, I felt a presence behind me, casting long shadows on the wall. And before I could turn, my head felt light and I slumped to the ground.
