Rejected By The Alpha, Cursed By The Moon Goddess

Rejected By The Alpha, Cursed By The Moon Goddess

I said to him. I bent over to take a look at the stubbed toe. It was bruised badly, but I was not worried. It healed almost immediately. But there was something else that caught my eye. The loose floorboards. It was out of place—funny how it was the only awkward thing in the whole room. “Well, I guess we have found our awkward and out-of-place material.” Just as I expected, there beneath the floorboards was a parcel. “This must be her spellbook!” I said as I reached in and pulled it out.

Divine Academy

Divine Academy

Once again, I was in awe of the underworld. The archives were set up like a vast library, similar to the one Belle was obsessed with in Beauty and the Beast. The shelves started six inches off the ground and went until they reached the vaulted ceiling. Each bookcase had ten frames, and the bookcases were lined up side by side from one long wall to the next. Each shelf was lined with leather-bound books; glancing at them; I could tell they were arranged by title and publication date. The titles of the books were written in a language I couldn't decipher. Still, Samael seemed to know what he was doing as he walked to the far right corner of the library, grabbed one book, and then went to the o

he quickly said in a hushed tone. “What do you see?” Julia was asking. “C’mon Gabriel, the book, hurry!” Gabriel fumbled with the bag, clearly succumbing to the fear of the unknown. The creature brushed past Matt and seemed to take a keen interest on Jake. “Gabriel!” Gabriel tossed the book at Jake, distracting the creature for a moment as it turned to his direction, growling at him. Jake grabbed the book which he noted was glowing again and lifted it before him, towards the creature. The glowing intensified, shining bright light on the creature until it became visible to the others.

ZUBA: Tragedies of a Vampire Princess

ZUBA: Tragedies of a Vampire Princess

In the presence of her father, king Macedon and Mirabel, the queen, their eyes ran into each other. “We’re here at the royal square’, said her father, king Macedon, looking at the face of his daughter. “My dear, follow your heart. This is your day”, said Mirabel, smiling as she touched the cheek of the princess. But princess Zuba said nothing all the time. She was gazing at Jason, a stranger, with her eyes full of interest. Not only did she make contact with him, but something within her told her to know more about the young man she had just seen.

Out of My League

Out of My League

“Time for a little story. No pressure, but this one’s important. Gotta have that legacy.” Nik blinked slowly at the pages, completely quiet. He watched intently as I read, voice hushed and monotone. It was a simple book, designed for early readers, full of art in primary colors and a watered-down retelling. The battle for the temple, the miracle of the oil, and the general message of standing up for what’s right. Nik probably didn’t understand any of it yet. He was probably just entranced by the scarlet robe on Judah Maccabee, or the golden gleam of the lamp. But I believed it didn’t matter.

This is a love at first site story you can actually believe happens in real life. The twists and turns make you swoon with how sweet they are to each other when doing normal every day things as well as protecting and defending each other from their families.

Ichabod

Ichabod

Minutes later, Ichabod could hear a swift movement behind the shelves and out came a short man in a black tail coat and a large hat which made him look like all those wizards you see in movies like Harry Potter. “Ah! If it isn’t my old friend.” Johhny said cheerfully. “It has been a while since I last saw you. Are you having nightmares again?” “No.” Adams replied, “I would like you to meet someone.” He said, “this is Ichabod Nuel.” Johnny laid his eyes on Ichabod and scanned him from head to toe. A serious smile cracked upon his lips. “Ah. I can see you haven’t come alone young man.”

“What are you doing? “ Following your suggestion. Madison answered. Doing a little research. Madison used her telekinesis to rapidly move the pages of the book, hoping to find answers to each of the girls’ enemies. “Wait a minute. Where did you get that book? “June said. “I mean I have skimmed through this library a million times and I never even seen that one,” “I just saw poking out of the shelf down there. I cannot explain it, but I think this might give us the answers we need,” “Mysterious cakes. Strange books. Talking cats. After everything we have gone through so far, nothing is going to surprise me again,” April G remarked as she shook her head. Madison stopped flipping through the bo

Gerey stood up - Jeyrin still concealed in the dark of the library desk, and went to a rack of books. ‘GEOGRAPHY AND FAIRYTALE SECTION’ spelled at the top of the shelf and as Gerey scanned from book to book, he remembered a few he'd read at school, ‘Knowing Wabrook's Water Brooks and Bodies’ by Whitaker Flarogue, ‘Sunset at Ingfalls’ by Simponie Gugh, ‘The best habitat for all - Ingfalls - Book One’ by Cuulambs Nicktra, but they were not what he searched for.

, I state. The witch looks up at me, feeling slightly uncomfortable as I feel her look through my mind. Not long after, it pushed her out. She glares at me, which releases in me, shrugging my shoulders; she lets out a sigh before disappearing. Scanning the room, I noticed something moving, so I headed towards it; it’s a baby rosy boa, they’re one of the few viviparous, so they give birth and not lay eggs. Gently petting its head as I walk back to the seat, the baby boa curls up around my neck to get the heat that’s coming from my body; the witch comes back with two books. Raising an eyebrow, she passes the books over and then starts explaining. “The first book is about Reda Bahar Phoenix lik

The Mate Agreement

He shifts back; putting a seat between us and truly looking horrified. Bibah simply shakes her head at our childish shenanigans and takes a sip of her iced latte, metal straw clinking in the Hydro Flask. “The Awoo Book Club’s pick for this week is H.P Lovecraft.” She pats the voluminous book atop the pile and I notice it’s the library copy of H.P Lovecraft’s Omnibus 3. “I’m so excited to roast his ass.”
