The sound of laughter from the sitcom barely registered. Empty takeout boxes cluttered the coffee table beside unopened mail. Her once-perfect nails were chipped, and her hair hung loose, undone like everything else in her life. She’d stopped answering calls, not that anyone was calling anyway. The only number that used to matter now belonged to a man who’d ruined her and a company that no longer wanted her. It was on one of those gray mornings, as she rummaged for leftover pizza, that a sharp pain cut through her abdomen.

Devon announced. The wonderful party finally came to an end around 2 am. When, in actuality, it was supposed to end at 1 am. But everyone was having a really good time dancing, eating, and drinking, and no one wanted it to end. India and Den saw their guest at the door and made sure everyone had a designated driver to take them home safely. "Whew! That was fun. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Den asked, smiling. "Yes, Mr. Sargent, let's make our own fun," India said, taking him by the hand, leading him to their bedroom.

Ace gasped lowly. "You should've told me earlier. We could've caught her!" He complained. I smiled goofily. "It'd have been of no use anyway. Let's just get to partying," I told him, pulling him to the dance floor. "As a way to celebrate our partnership," I added, spinning around. Ace smiled at me and followed my steps. Till whenever Zora. ***** Till whenever actually meant 1am. The party didn't finish until 12:30am and even then I had to make up an excuse so Ace wouldn't get suspicious. Carl nodded despite not believing him. The music finally stopped and everyone walked off the dance floor, Clara turned to look at Xavier, and he smirked at her before looking away. She rolled her eyes, she was upset. Her plan failed. She got to their table and Dexter shook his head at her without saying anything. The party came to an end minutes later and everyone started to leave. There was no sign of Xavier or Carl, they seemed to have left early like the other guests. Dexter walked out of the party with Clara, they got to the car and Dexter made sure no one was watching them before speaking up.

" Well, the Party has been cancelled, she informed. " What! Damnit! I should have expected that. Well, find a way and talk to all the board members! Convince them to talk to him! My plan must work out! She cut the call. There was total silence throughout. Elliot parked the car and got out. Keisha took a deep breath before she threw the door open and got out of the car. Elliot threw himself in the couch.

As he walked into the club, he mouthed to Sparrow to find his cousin, Montenegro without doing any funny business as he approached the disco dj to turn off the music. Everyone grumbled, confused at why the party had ended so quickly. Gordons spoke through the microphone. "Sorry everyone but today the party would have to end here due to some unseen circumstances. I apologize". Though many grumbled as this didn't seat well with them, they had no choice but to exit the club calling it a day. When the club was empty with just Gordons and few of his men, he waited patiently for Sparrow to bring out Montenegro. After some minutes had passed, he saw Sparrow come out with Montenegro as he snickered.

The party took them late to the afternoon, but Lucy already left the two adult alone when it's time for her own party, as much as she would love to continued with Linda and Tony, yet this kind of party was boring to her. The kind of party she was going to, there would be lot of booze and lot of sex and fun at the party, and these kind party is what she would rode a roller caster for to always be.
