Steven POV. I didn’t breathe for a full second. Fabian stood shirtless in the hallway. Broad shoulders, sleepy eyes, hair still tousled from the night we spent tearing each other apart. He looked like sex itself, like the exact evidence of what Bailey had accused me of. And Bailey… oh God. Her brows shot up so high they practically left her forehead. “Well,” she said slowly, dragging out the word like she needed five syllables to absorb what she was seeing. “Good morning handsome.”

Darius stands. “Please! He...” Bailey looks around worriedly. “He’s somehow got magic, and I can’t help him! I’ve got no one who can teach him how to control it. I’m scared he will hurt someone.” She pleads, and my body stays still. I’m not sure, this could be a trap from her. “I’m sure Grant can help. He has some great associates he could point in your direction,” Darius growls. “Grant is dead!” She cries, and her head falls.

All we wanted was to be Jacob and Sadie and be free. I found a woman by the name of Doctor Riley Kim. She is a well-known Psychiatrist here in Baker with a hell of a reputation. She is also very expensive and hard to see. I got an appointment for Sadie and me two weeks after Sadie turns eighteen. We hoped she would work with us once we told her our situation. We needed her to see Sadie as a mentally healthy woman. We needed her to see how wrong Sadies reports were. The only thing we worried about was how the doctor could get ahold of Sadies records without giving our location away. It wasn't going to be easy, but we had to try something.

Ashton fired question after question which left Gael speechless. Had he really been rushed and made the wrong decision? But he just wanted to teach this brat a lesson by showing him that there was no good in going against him. "I...." Gael stammered. He had no idea how to justify his decision of appointing Kelly as the alpha. "I can make things right now. Everyone is still in the sacred hall. I can just go and say that you are back and everything that I said earlier is not right. You are the true alpha, I think it won't be hard to convince those people." Gael said.

GABE A knock on the door had me pulling from my thoughts and it was welcoming. I needed a distraction. Thinking about the past always grated at my nerves building up the anger that always simmered on the surface. “Doors open” I called out, not bothering to move from my horizontal position. “Alpha, Jamerson said you wanted to see me?” The sweet voice carried through the stark and drab apartment. The owner of the voice, Bailey, walked around the other side of the couch and now stood before me in a short black skirt and dark grey tank top. Her feet were clad with heels at least 4 inches high, giving the petite raven-haired beauty some height.

Unless. "Alpha Grayson."

This was all bullshit anyway. "Let's go with…" Sloan paused and grinned. "A man with the body of Channing Tatum from Magic Mike and a smile like Zach Effron." Sloan laughed to himself at the cheesy description. "Oh, and he should have a cock that's eight inches or bigger, and he knows how to use it." Sloan held up a banana as a visual and winked. If his boss were here, he would be fired for having this conversation at work, but what the hell, the rich guy asked.

Cathy muttered as she began to eat her salad. Bailey placed her food tray on the table and seated beside me. Of course, she noticed the obvious. "Wow, what a crowd," she commented with her soft voice. "What's up?" "H-Hey Bailey, what's up?" Alec stuttered and I almost winced at his stupidity. "Just fine," Bailey merely answered, taking her spoon and started eating her mashed potato. It was one of Tiana's favorite and I just realized that everything and everyone around would always remind us of Tiana. Our redhead maiden was everywhere with her perky personality.

Clayton sighed, then proceeded to provide more details about the situation. Bailey's unusual behavior began at night after the attack at the academy. Due to the sudden attack, the academy suspended classes and sent the students home for a break. But the following day, Bailey began behaving oddly. She seemed like a completely different person, constantly craving food and consuming everything in sight. She ate every morsel of food she could find in her home. When everything was gone, she began consuming raw ingredients. Whether it was uncooked potatoes, vegetables, or even raw meat dripping with blood, she ate anything she could find.

He asked, hoping he could reason with her. “I will stop crying if Miss Bailey apologizes.” Hazel said. Chloe was not happy with the request. “No, I won’t apologize!” Chloe was shocked by the little girl’s request. She was only Six years old yet she was toying with her. Hazel definitely knew what she was doing. “This little devil!” Chloe thought. She was the daughter of THE Bailey's, a great businessman and the fiancee of Alexander Lancaster. A powerful woman like her was asked to apologize to a little girl? In her dreams!
