Barry Allen Novels & Stories

Dangerous enough that Allen would notice. Derek sat up, stretching, hair in every direction, his usual calm fractured by the adrenaline of last night. “You think he knows already?” Chris shrugged. “He’ll see it at the board. This morning.” Allen arrived in the boardroom before anyone else. Late for protocol but early for intent. The sharp angle of his shoulders, the slight drag in his step, all gave him away before he even spoke. “Good morning,” Allen said, voice clipped, a knife pressed against air. He surveyed the room. “Let’s begin.”

Barry stood there, disheveled, dark circles under his eyes, looking nothing like the confident man from the gala just days ago. “Christian,” Barry said, his voice shaking. “Jessica. What are you doing here?” “Where’s Matt?” Christian demanded. “He’s not here,” Barry said quickly, too quickly. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” “Two million dollars just disappeared from my company’s accounts,” Christian said, stepping closer. “Moved through channels only someone with your background would know how to use. Care to explain that?” Barry’s face went pale. “I don’t know anything about that.”

"He received his hourly dosage of wolfsbane just 10 minutes ago so he should be nice and weak for you." "Good to hear," Allison said as we followed him down some steps before going along a corridor and then another and then another. "Here we are, take as long as you need Lia," The man said, opening a cell door. "Thank you, Bruno," Lia said before he exited leaving us in the room. The room was empty and plain with a dim lightbulb hanging from the ceiling and grey walls and floors. Haden sat in the corner slumped against the wall, his wrists and ankles in handcuffs.

I wanted to catch these fuckers in the act and deal with them. “Alright, when the next shipment comes in we will be there waiting for them. No one fucks with what is mine.” Jacob and Dillion just nodded and then left the office. The next few days we made our plans and had everything ready for when the next shipment came in. The night before I decided I needed to let some steam off so I headed to the bar. I walked up to the bartender and ordered a whiskey and then turned and watched the crowd. I spotted two girls on the dance floor eyeballing me. The blonde was a knockout and her brunette friend wasn’t bad either. I turned to the bartender when he handed me my drink. “Send a round to those tw

He was looking forward to meeting Janette and Jordan Findley. This morning, however, he was eager to share the information he and Vicky had pried from the Vampire in the alley with the rest of their teammates. Vicky was one of only two women on their team. The other, Berta, was a large German Guardian who was known for her ability to pick Vampires up and slam them into hard surfaces—such as buildings or streets—crushing their bone structure and leaving piles of ash in her wake. Spying her squeezed into a chair at the end of the table, Aaron was glad to be sitting far away from her, next to the dainty-in-comparison Vicky, who likely wouldn’t accidentally crush his hand should she get excited

I asked with a bit of humor to try and make him smile since it looked like he could use a smile for himself. He smiled and nodded his head. "I suppose it would help you out here. I don't need anyone too serious dear. Just need someone who's willing to do work but you will never be alone with a patient for your own safety and protection." "I understand, One of your guards named Martin said he would be willing to protect me." "Ah yes him, he is our best guard." Mr. Baxter spoke with a bit of a smirk.

His eyes met mine and he smirked, watching as Carter moved aside to stand by me, his beta, Matteo stood one step behind his Alpha, waiting for my reaction. “I am surprised to see you here” I said, standing up from my chair. I fixed my suit’s jacket and extended my hand to shake his. “I believe that I can come and see my partner when I want, plus, if I remember correctly, we have a meeting” he said, shrugging his shoulders. I simply nodded in response, watching as he took a seat in front of me. I nodded at Carter to leave, wanting to speak to the capo dei capo in private, and seeing that, Donatello nodded at Matteo to follow. His eyes met mine, and getting up from my seat, I walked to the bar

Yvette Hill wants to push Barry away and continue to walk inside, but Barry refuses to move a step from the door of the office. "You haven't married the young master, so you don't have the right to order me." "Go away, a little housekeeper, dare to talk to Mrs. Hunter like that." Aaron’s grandpa appeared in front of Barry with a dragon crutch. He bumped Barry with the dragon crutch, and broke his left arm. Barry said nothing but moved away from the office door. Aaron hears the movement outside, he opens the door and looks at Yvette Hill and Arno Hunter standing at the door. "What happened?"

Baylor POV When we walked through the door of the conference room ’Shammus’ started chanting again as the staring guy came forward with his hand extended to shake mine. “Baylor, good to see you. I am Clive Kelly and this is Phineas Brody my best friend as you would say. The other fellows here are Fergus, Aidin, and Arthur,” Clive said as introductions. “This is Kenneth Goldberg and Mitchum Averman, my best friends.”

Barry heaved a sigh of relief and said, “Sir, y-you have to arrest that guy. He’s Jaden Rivers from the River family from Southrive, and something’s fishy going on with that luxurious hotel of theirs!” Adrian simply looked Barry up and down. “Are you hurt?” Only then did Barry realize he had been shot in the back. “I…” Feeling the pain creeping up on him, Barry’s face turned extremely pale. “Didn’t I tell you to stay away? What were you doing there? The Battle Warrior Department will investigate this. You shouldn’t be meddling in their affairs.” After Adrian said that, he quickly brought Barry away from the roof. *** Samantha and Rue had waited for approximately seven minutes before Adrian c
