Great gusts of wind that moved the tendrils of hair at my nape. My lungs began to burn for air. Go away, go away, go away. It sniffed my hair, gently nudged my abdomen. After a few horrifying seconds, it lay its massive head against my back. The extra pressure on my lungs had me gasping for air. Choking and wheezing, I tried to inhale. The weight lifted from my back, allowing me to breathe a little more normally. The beast nudged me again. This time it felt like it wanted something from me.

His beast was restless within him, creating a sense of unease as he struggled to control it. The King's eyes began to shift from grey green to a bloody red and finally the elders noticed the terrifying change. "Your majesty!" the elders exclaimed in alarm. As his canines began to elongate past that of even a vampire. The king took a deep calming breath that only seemed to agitate him more as he realized his mate was not near him. All he wanted was a large lungful of her scent to put him to ease.

he whispers. "I know," I soothe him, and I begin to rub my hand up and down his side in a slow, rhythmic motion. "Focus on my breathing. Take a breath when I do, and let it out when I do. We are going to pace through the pain." I exaggerate my breathing so he can feel my chest rise and fall against his back. Beau tries to match my rhythm. His first few breaths are jagged and uneven, but he slowly falls into sync with me.

I pray that I don't get mauled by a beast again. But the prayers don't work because I can hear the howling of beasts in the vicinity. I scream in fright, but it's as if I can't produce enough voice. Soon, the screaming starts affecting my lungs and I feel as if I am going to suffocate. I am fighting for air. Then a beast takes hold of my foot, gripping it very tightly. I try to scream but I am now voiceless. I turn to face it and what I see is the most fearful thing I have ever seen. I gasp for breath, at the same time trying to free myself.

I sobbed between gasps, “but this… gods, it’s too much…” The Beast paused, buried to the hilt, his heavy balls resting against my ass. His chest rumbled with a deep, soothing growl that vibrated straight into my core. He stayed perfectly still, letting my body adjust to the overwhelming fullness while his hot breath washed over my face.

I seized the opportunity and volunteered, saying, "I've heard that beastmen are quite knowledgeable about pacifying souls." Mother said urgently, "I'll find someone. How can those crude beastmen possibly..." Before she could finish, an elderly relative quickly stopped her. "Don't! It's so late already. Why create more trouble?" He turned to the beastmen. "Please begin." The mourners nodded and surrounded Victoria, beginning to chant incantations. Seeing that it was only chanting, both Mother and the fake-dead Victoria breathed sighs of relief. However, at the next moment, a strong wind began blowing through the funeral hall.

Damien held his bleeding hand over the bone fragment, letting a few drops fall onto it. The blood hissed on the bone, a faint, unnatural sound. The air crackled with energy. A swirling mist began to gather above the bier, coalescing into a vague, humanoid shape. It shimmered and shifted, indistinct yet undeniably present. An ancient, sorrowful energy radiated from it. Who… disturbs my rest? The voice was a dry whisper, seeming to come from nowhere and everywhere at once, echoing not just in the chamber but inside their very minds.

His speech and articulation had been very advanced for a four-year-old, but after pouting and frowning, he finally looked his age. “But running away won’t solve the problem. She’ll still tattle to your mom,” Ed said. He didn’t know who Rosemore was, but he followed the conversation. AJ smacked his forehead. “You’re right!” Reluctantly, he grabbed his bag. “What’s your name, mister?” AJ asked. Curious before they parted. “Just call me Beast.” Ed pointed to the scar on his face. AJ laughed. “You’re not as bad as the beast,” he said.

Whatever it was was terribly fast and grabbing us one by one. I struggled to free myself but it was useless, i couldn't escape and we were down to three. My hands trembled and the air was thick with a strange aura. Whatever that beast was, it was very powerful, alpha theo’s wolf would have pissed if he came near it. The others had been so scared they passed out. It had been a few minutes and the beast was nowhere to be found.

I knew the beast was there by the low huffs and sneers I could hear. Screaming or calling out for help was going to be futile since it was right behind me and my voice was already hoarse for trying to scream the past few minutes. The only thing to be heard was the wind and the low growl that followed next. I heard it shift and felt its soft fur brush against my naked body and skin. I swallowed hard and held in my voice. I was dying to scream out!. The more it leaned in, its warm breath touching my back the more my heart beat wildly. I forced myself to sit upright and turn to face it.
