‘’What the HELL was that!’’ Vera then said with her ears bleeding and clutching them in pain. ‘It’s what I call the Deadly Sonic Scream my final fifth power which I apparently copied from your Sirenic power and tweaked it to something worse.’’ I then said to her still with my deadly smirk. It was then Vera looked around and noticed how all her mindless minions were no longer under her control. Apparently my deadly sonic scream had broken through the spell.

Ronan didn’t hesitate. His body cracked and bent, the shift overtaking him in one fluid, violent motion. His skin split open like a second birth, revealing the beast beneath—taller than any normal wolf, monstrous and terrifying with fur black as midnight, hooked claws, demon horns, and glowing eyes that promised death. His roar shattered the forest. The first rogue sprinted straight at him, thinking brute force would be enough. It wasn’t. Ronan met him mid-leap, caught his skull between his jaws, and crushed it like an overripe melon. Blood sprayed across the snow in a thick arc as he tossed the corpse aside with a flick of his neck.

I screamed, struggling against my restraints. Aiden’s eyes turned a deep, predatory amber. He shifted halfway, his muscles bulging beneath his shirt, his teeth lengthening into fangs. He moved to the left, trying to flank her, his speed incredible. He was an Alpha of Lunar Royal, and he fought with a precision Becca wasn't used to. Becca turned, her movements fluid and eerie. She began to chant something low—words that didn't sound like any language I had ever heard. They were heavy, oily sounds that seemed to dim the light in the room.

The invisible blast hit the center of the Unbound vanguard. Dozens of the massive wolves collapsed, whimpering in sudden, paralyzing agony. The sonic wave was forcing the quartz plates in their fur to vibrate at a lethal frequency. I watched in horror as hairline fractures began to form along their armored spines. Silas was trying to shatter them from the inside out. Killian roared, fighting against the crushing pressure of the soundwave. He dug his claws into the earth, his silver eyes locking onto the lead truck. He could not reach it in time. The sonic field was too dense, acting like a physical wall of agony.

"Those aren't men. Those are monsters..." The lead entity paused at the base of the cliff. It tilted its head back, its jaw unhinging with a wet, sickening crack as it let out a sound that wasn't a roar—it was a high-pitched, vibrating shriek that bypassed the ears and vibrated directly inside the human mercenaries' skulls. Three of the elite guards instantly dropped to their knees, blood erupting from their ears and noses as their brains violently misfired under the sonic assault.

"Now, Aris!" She found the frequency—a jagged, ugly spike on her monitor. With precise, delicate movements, she began to modulate the lab's internal sonic suppression field, a system designed to contain explosions, not genetic monsters. She began to 'tune' the sound, creating a high-frequency wave that was inaudible but physically agonizing. In the corridor, the beast clutched its head, roaring in pain as the two frequencies warred within its body. Its transformation stalled. "It's working!" Aris yelled, his panic turning to disbelief. He loaded the synthesis program. A small, wasp-like drone detached from the ceiling inside the sealed corridor, its needle glinting.

Sonic scratched the back of his head. “Let’s go” Ben got up and pulled Dana to the corridor. “What about when that lady comes back?” Dana whispered. “Sonic will deal with it!” Dana turned to look at Sonic, just in time to see him rolling his eyes. Sonic put his index finger to his lips to command silence and a warning by a cutthroat action with the thumb of his right hand complete with a menacing look once he realized that he was seen by Dana. Dana quickly turned her head back.
