Cool heads need to prevail here." "Your Beast, huh?" Drake smirked. "Yeah. You're name is Drake. That's a dragon, you sounded like your were about to roar, you were definitely growling, I think if you get mad enough, you might just breathe fire. So, My Beast." Vulcan watched this by-play with a great deal of humor. The woman shouldn't know his friend that well. But, it seemed that she did, indeed know him, and know him well.

It was nothing like the first night when they made love to each other. On that night when Micah had promised to take care of Jewel and had also promised not to hurt her, they had continued to kiss passionately with Micah's tongue tracing her neck line down to her breast. Jewel had not held back the second time.she had yielded to him. It had been so mysterious how Micah had turned rough. His gentle kisses began to feel as though he had lava in his tongue. He stepped back and watched dumbly as cold rain fell on its naked form while it howled red-gummed at the night and the stars and the gods that did not listen. The blanket fell away from its frail form, short legs pedalling in the air viciously, small hands beating at death knocking on its door.
