His eyes, previously a dull human brown, flared with a brilliant, terrifying mixture of gold and void-black. "Jack?" Katherine’s voice was breathless over the comms. "Are you okay? Your energy signature just spiked." "I'm better than okay," Jack said, a deep, resonant rumble returning to his voice. He flexed his hands, feeling the crackle of newly acquired strength. He wasn't a True Alpha again. Not yet. But he was no longer a powerless Beta. He was something new. An Alpha forged by the Ledger. "I just collected our first dividend," Jack smiled. "And I think it's time we took this hostile takeover to the boardroom."

“Honey, I’m serious. I think this plain off-shoulder gown will be fine.” Artemis showed her his thumb and really hoped that there wouldn’t be any problem waiting for them in the pack because the last thing he wanted was his mate’s insult. ‘There are two normal ways to become Alpha from Alpha Heir. First, if Caroline will able to win the heart of all the pack members, and second by locking all Caroline’s power and turning into a human.’ Bolt said the thing about which they kept thinking throughout the day.

“well, its not like we can submit if for another year, but I’ve complied all my transcripts so far. It’s not like I need to worry about getting in, though.” Alpha College, or AC, as everyone calls it; is the premier institution for ranked werewolves. Originally exclusive to Alphas and Betas, it expanded to include all ranked wolves, provided they meet the requirements. It’s where we learn everything about running a pack: werewolf law, diplomacy, strategy, and even combat logistics. Beyond that, it’s a hub for networking. Alliances are forged, rivalries are cemented, and the groundwork for the future of our world is built there.

Mark After the upcoming joint birthday celebration for my brothers and me, we plan to hold a special ceremony to transfer the Alpha leadership from our father to us officially. This event holds immense significance for our family as it signifies the continuation of our legacy and leadership within the pack. From a very young age, my brothers and I have dedicated ourselves to honing our skills and preparing for the responsibilities that come with being Alphas. It's a role that demands constant attention and focus but is incredibly rewarding. As Alphas, we hold power and influence within our high school, which naturally contributes to our popularity. We have the ability to lead and make an imp

“You are talking like you are not part of us. You are now a werewolf, Ariel, and all these are expected.” “I know, I know.” She sighed, and from the ruffling of the bed, I knew she had turned into a more comfortable position. “How is everything going on with you?” I released a long sigh. If I want to talk, where do I even start from? “Here here. Just fine. I became the alpha.” "Yes, you told me. Congratulations once again. How is that going?”

The girl looks at me with wide eyes. I cannot stop crying. I am so scared. "Don't worry," she says. "I'm here. Everything's going to be okay." "I want to go home," I repeat. It is useless. There is no escape. I look down at my bandage. "Did you do this?" I ask the girl. She nods. "Thank you," I say. "The Alpha bit you," the girl says. "Do you know what that means?" I shake my head. "No. What?"

Breaking eye contact, I dipped my chin slightly. “If that was true, Alpha, you wouldn’t have let things get to the point that they did.” Hector chuckled at my words, and goosebumps rippled across my arms. “Little wolf,” he said. “Even an Alpha will not get away with doing just about anything he wants whenever he feels like it. That would be indulgent. Dangerous.” My nerve endings stirred at how it almost felt like he had purred that last word into my ear, but I kept my expression neutral.

Did he just mute me? I grumbled, feeling the throbbing of my veins by the second. As I was about to throw the damn phone across the room, “See what you’re doing? You’re scaring off everyone, mate.” “What are you talking about?” I pinched my brows, not liking the tone of my beta’s voice. “Listen, Alpha.” He started. “You don’t take the time to just get to know them. You bark orders, you don’t think.” He said, and I was going to retort when his next words made me freeze.

They were very similar to one another. She quickly joined us as we sat down on the couch. Her look was blank as if she didn't know how to feel when she asked, "When did it happen?" "A few weeks ago, some vampires attacked him." Two days from now, there will be a funeral." "I assume that becoming the alpha was what you had always desired. I doubt you'll surpass your father in any way." "I came to tell you as a kindness." She spat, "What the hell do you know about kindness? Is this one yours?" she asked, glancing at me.

’ ‘You want to be an Alpha? I shrugged ‘why not, I’ll get to be as strong as you’ ‘I can guarantee that if that will ever happen, I’ll still be stronger than you and besides a pack can only have one Alpha. You can only become an Alpha in two ways, first if you were born from an Alpha which you are not and second, if you kill the Alpha of your pack’ ‘So what you’re saying is, if I kill you, I get to be the Alpha?’ ‘Correct but that will never happen cuz you love me too much to kill me’
