Sam Today was the day I had been preparing for my entire life. Today, I would become Alpha, and my best friend, Gregory, would stand by my side as I formally announced him as my Beta. Today would mark our new beginning. A beginning that we had been planning for since we were little cubs in grade school attending our first pack meeting together. A beginning where the Blue Moon pack would become the strongest pack in the Western Hemisphere, where our pack would be revered and respected by all.

Beta Jesse says to me and I know in the eyes of all the Betas this is something they have never seen before and can only dream about. “I wouldn’t say its awesome. I quickly stayed away from his view and headed out of there before I was seen. * I retreated in silence, heading back to his bedroom where I should have stayed in the first place. What did he mean when he said until he was Alpha. The entire pack felt the alpha connection with him, I was even made Luna by mating with him. So many thoughts ran through my head. SEVEN YEARS LATER. The guards stationed at the grand double doors bow their heads and open them, stepping aside as Zaid prowls into the room, his presence as commanding as his title. The low murmur of voices ceases instantly, and everyone present angles their necks in submission, acknowledging their Alpha. Without breaking stride, Zaid waves for Khal, his Beta, to continue. Khal, unflinching, nods and returns his gaze to the large map splayed out on the table, various areas marked with colored pins that indicate recent alliances and ongoing strategies.

Dad barely finished talking before both Sabastian and Ethan started to argue with him. I pinched my brow, trying to work out what would be the best option to do.
